Experience modern desert living at Four Paws & Fairways, a brand-new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home overlooking the 13th hole of Falcon Ridge Golf Course. With a putting green, a chef-inspired outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating, this home is designed for both relaxation and fun.

Max Occupancy 12 persons (includes adults/children of all ages) at all times.

The Space
This spacious open-concept home combines comfort and style with golf course views just beyond the backyard.

Bunk room with 2 full-over-queen bunks (sleeps up to 6)

Living & Dining: Bright and airy living room with large sectional, smart TV, and panoramic windows. Dining area includes two bench seats for extra seating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and includes coffee makers with complimentary coffee.

Family-Friendly Touches: Small set of kid-friendly dinnerware (bowls and cups) makes mealtime easier, plus plenty of seating indoors and outdoors for groups.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer for guest use.

Entertainment: TV in every bedroom, cable and high-speed internet, plus yard games like cornhole.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the home with the exception of the owner’s vehicle in the garage (not available for use). Two garage spaces are available for guest parking, with additional space in the driveway.

Every reservation of 27 days or less comes with one free ticket per day for one guest through our Xplorie program. Activities may include:

Location
This home is located in the heart of Mesquite, just minutes from 7 championship golf courses and 3 casinos. Las Vegas is about an hour away, and St. George, UT is only 35 miles. Guests can also enjoy day trips to the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, and Zion National Park.

This is a new-build community, so some construction may be happening nearby during the day.

New home with an awesome overlook onto the neighboring golf course, and a great location with a short drive to anywhere you’d want to be. Very spacious and a great back patio. It is a pet friendly place, so be aware if you have any allergies.

The home was very nice and clean. Only con would be the rugs in the bathrooms are not non-slip. They can take you out if you are not careful. I would definitely stay here again, and bring my own pillow! Very nice view and great location.

The property looks very new, in a new subdivision. Very close to many of the local golf courses. There are no clothes dressers so you have to hang clothes, put them on shelves in the closets or work out of your suitcase. Other than that, a great place.

The property was wonderful! It was clean and welcoming, had all the cooking equipment we needed, including those all important spices. The beds and linens were comfortable; electronics worked as desired. The location, on the 13th green provided both a nice view and hours of entertainment as we watched many a foursome passing thru. We also watched the hot air balloons launched during the festival when the wind direction cooperated. The host was extremely helpful, even lending us a small crate for my sister's pup during her visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice stay in Mesquite.
