Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
The house was great, with the exception of the downstairs master toilet needing plunging after almost every use and the toilet handle being loose upstairs. The host interaction needs to be improved. Takes too long to respond and never responded to my last request at all. Prior interaction was delayed several times and I was going to recommend to other people that come to LA often, but with the host not responding at all or in a timely manner, I don’t feel comfortable doing so.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting that you enjoyed the house overall. During the Christmas holiday period, we received a last-minute request to extend the stay, which unfortunately could not be accommodated as the home had already been scheduled for professional cleaning and preparation for the next guests. This was necessary to ensure a clean and timely check-in for incoming reservations. We regret if this caused any frustration, but this was not a matter of ignoring the request. We value guest feedback and are always working to improve both our communication and hosting experience, especially during peak holiday periods when schedules are very tight.

Why they chose this property
Bel Air also benefits from its proximity to other prestigious areas like Beverly Hills, Westwood, and the UCLA campus, providing easy access to high-end shopping, gourmet dining, and cultural attractions. Despite its luxury, the neighborhood retains a tranquil, almost rural atmosphere, with large lots, dense greenery, and limited commercial development.
