Nice stay, quiet area, near all facilities

Nice apartment with swimming pool &terrace, near the village. A great place to stay if you want to combine quiet environment and proximity of the sea with all emenities you may wish. Host is very helpful if you need information or anything else. I recommend.

Charming property and delightful, helpful hosts

House extremely clean and comfortable. Lovely village location with friendly locals. Fabulous taverna within 5 mins walk. Well positioned for trips to beach (Falasarna superb) and mountains for walking. Lots of cultural attractions close by and Hania well worth a visit. Delightful 2 weeks and would return to explore further. Things to improve house would be microwave, toaster and a few more knives for chopping vegetables, slicing bread etc but very minor concerns in the overall experience.Thanks very much Katerina!

in een klein grieks dorpje niet ver van de kust

in de advertentie bleek niet duidelijk dat de woning eigenlijk een appartement was. We hadden dus bovenburen. Blijkbaar was ook het zwembad gemeenschappelijk. Hadden we dit op voorhand geweten dan hadden we waarschijnlijk een ander verblijf gekozen. Al bij al geen last gehad van de buren dus dat viel wel mee. Wat we echt niet leuk hebben gevonden is dat het graspleintje tussen het terras en het zwemdok blijkbaar automatisch bewaterd werd waardoor je voeten steeds vol slijk hingen als je over en weer ging. Voor de rest wel een aangenaam huisje.

Una favola!!!

Non vorrete più andar via, la casa è molto bella e accogliente così come la proprietaria e la sua famiglia. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto, gli spazi sono ampi ed è molto fresca, inoltre è attrezzata di qualsiasi cosai necessiti. Anche lo spazio esterno è molto curato ed è bellissimo rinfrescarsi con un bel bagno in piscina dopo una lunga gita e godere del fresco la sera. Potete assaporare la natura circostante in quanto immersi negli ulivi ed il suono delle cicale vi accompagnerà. Un oasi di pace. La posizione è perfetta, vicina al mare, alla città di Chania e alle strade che vi porteranno alle spiagge più belle della zona ovest. Grazie Katharina, sei più di una perfetta Host, vi portiamo nel cuore!!

Vacances en couple

Nous avons passé de belles vacances, l’appartement se trouve dans une maison familiale en vieille pierre complètement rénovée et très bien équipée. Katherina nous a très bien accueilli 😀 (avec un petit dessert typique de la pâtisserie du coin 👍). La maison est située dans un petit village au calme à moins de 5 minutes de la voie rapide (très bien placée pour les visites. Il y également 2 tavernes à Spilia ( nous avons essayé une, la plus proche où nous avons très bien mangé). Merci à Katherina 😀

Una vacanza perfetta in un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Non posso definire questa casa se non perfetta! Posizione strategica per arrivare nelle migliori spiagge della zona occidentale di Creta (come ad esempio Balos, Falasarna ed Elafonisi). La casa è dotata di ogni comfort: una cucina ben fornita, soggiorno spazioso e una luminosa camera da letto che affaccia sul giardino. Per non dimenticare la sorpresa più grande: la splendida piscina di nuova costruzione (una grande sorpresa, in quanto era appena stata finita nel periodo in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi). Insomma, tutto ciò ti fa sentire come se fossi a casa. In aggiunta, nonostante sia freschissima (essendo un’ex cantina, oggi ristrutturata), in casa è presente l’aria condizionata, un altro comfort non sempre scontato. Inoltre, ringrazio immensamente la proprietaria di casa, estremamente gentile e disponibile; si è preoccupata di ogni nostra esigenza, mostrandosi volenterosa nel voler rendere la nostra vacanza perfetta. Inutile dire che mi è dispiaciuto immensamente dovermene andare e sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Creta saprei già dove soggiornare!

Séjour Sympa à Spilia dans batiment agricole rénové

Nous avons aimé notre séjour à Spilia ainsi que notre logement qui avait beaucoup de cachet et tout le confort nécéssaire. Nous avons apprécié sa faicheur (nous n'avons pas utilisé le climatisation au mois de juillet), et nous avons bien profité de la terrasse au calme. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité des tavernes de Spilia qui permettait d'aller diner à pied. La proximité de Kolimbari (3 kms environs) permettait de se rendre rapidement à la plage et dans les différents commerces. Katerina est très accueillante et disponible et parle très bien le français.

Jolie location au calme

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités ( je vous conseille les deux auberges du village avec une mention spéciale pour celle du haut sous de grands arbres c’est féerique et on y mange bien) L’axe routier principal est à quelques minutes ce qui est pratique pour visiter la région et la plage ( de galet mais au calme si on s’éloigne un peu de l’accès principal) est toute proche Katarina est adorable et facilitante Très chouette location à un prix plutôt abordable (NB une piscine est en construction au fond du jardin ce blé sera que mieux)

Ein außergewöhnliches Quartier

Küche und Essbereich dieser Ferienwohnung befinden sich tatsächlich im Bereich eines ehemaligen Kellers. Durch die tiefe Lage ist die Wohnung in den Hochsommermonaten angenehm kühl. Sie wurde aufwändig restauriert, z.B. mit Zierbalken und Holzpaneelen an der Decke. Eine große Terrasse mit neuem Gasgrill und angrenzender Garten mit blühenden Pflanzen laden zum Aufenthalt im Freien ein. Die Gastgeber erfüllen den Mietern alle Wünsche. Ein sehr gut bewertetes, sehr preisgünstiges Restaurant liegt nur ca. 100 m entfernt. In der Duschecke fehlt noch ein kleines Regal zur Ablage von Schampoo, etc. Daneben hätte auch noch eine kleinere Waschmaschine, vorzugsweise ein Toplader, Platz. Anschlüsse sind vorhanden.

Charme d'un petit village crêtois avec deux tavernes très sympathiques.

Fidèle à la description. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoutent du locataire. A moins d'une heure des belles plages de l'ouest. Les tavernes du villages sont très agréables. Nous recommandons.

Perfect and charming appartment in quiet town near the coast.

Spatious appartment in the small town of Spilia, on the north west coast. Lovely place (cool as well) because it used to be a wine cellar, nice historic details. Private terrace and garden with much shadow. We had a warm welcome by Katerina and her sister and really a very pleasant stay. Everything you need is in the village: supermarket, 3 restaurants, small café, etc. Not many tourist so it still has the charm of a greek town. Beach less than 3km. Highly recommended (but please leave some opportunities for us to return)!

Super séjour

Très joliment restaurée, fonctionnelle et aménagée avec goût et vraiment très propre. Une location fidèle aux photos. Une situation géographique parfaite pour parcourir l'Ouest de la Crête. Katerina et son époux sont vraiment très accueillants et chaleureux. Ils nous ont fait découvrir quelques spécialités Crétoise. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour. La casa perfecta para tus vacaciones

La casa es preciosa, en una zona muy tranquila. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado. Tiene todo lo que necesitas, y está muy cerca de la zona de servicios y el mar. Katerina estuvo en todo momento atenta por si necesitábamos algo. Si volvemos a Creta, queremos volver a esta casa.
