The studio was very nice. It was clean, cute and had everything that we needed for our short stay. I would recommend this studio. My only complaint was the trash can out front of it which was overflowing and topped with dirty diapers. It wasn’t a good first impression.
Location - good for everything. Inside the room - very comfortable.
Outside sidewalk, tables and patio are dirty/beaten up.
Biggest complaint and reason we WON'T go back is the restaurant across the street has an extremely (and I mean extremely) loud band outside under a tent pointed at the rooms. They play Friday and Saturday from 7 to past 11 and the glass actually shook in the windows. (and there was no one listening in the tent - they were just loud for no people and no reason). The band could have pointed their speakers in another direction. But it totally sucked to be in the room at any point during their performance. So don't rent on Fridays and Saturdays.
