The house was beautiful and very well maintained, but had a bit of a roach problem (which I understand to be common in that area).

Thank you for staying at our home. I’m sorry you had any issues with bugs. Terminix sprays twice a year but most likely what you saw were water bugs. Plus the sudden drop in temperatures that we’ve had made them worse this past week. We will continue to monitor the property and spray more often.
