Spacious and confortable. Very nice kitchen. Great outdoor space (both covered and uncovered). Super convenient location…our two favorite coffee shops are an easy walk. Publix grocery a few minutes drive away.
The home was nice but the couches in the common area were too low for the older adults in my group to sit on and get up. There is no indoor dining table either, which means there was no comfortable gathering space for my group. What’s more, the host charged me for a broken couch leg that apparently was damaged when one of my older adults tried to sit on the low couch. I did not appreciate having to pay damages for a couch that was so uncomfortable for us. Not ideal for anyone over 65 years old or might have mobility challenges.
