The location of this unit and property can't be beat. Steps away from the beach.We arrived at 1AM after a long day of driving to find the trash from the previous renters had not been taken out as well as random other things not cleaned such as a used wash rag on a night table and licorice on the floor. The housekeeping was not up to standards at all. The unit was nice but you could tell that it was old and there had been bandaids put on things as a fix.We were traveling with our daughters and each brought a friend. The lower level bedrooms were perfect. Nice size and each had it's own bathroom. The kids ended up rewashing sheets because they said they didn't feel clean.The main level has a bathroom, many areas for sitting, nice patio and kitchen. Up a small winding staircase is a king size bed. The loft has NO light and we found it without a shade over the large window that overlooked the pool (hello world!). We had to cover the window with a sheet and it took 2 days for maintenance to come to put up a window covering. It's a pretty narrow spiral staircase so you had to be careful especially in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom on the main level. And, the pool wasn't open, but you could get into the pool. We were told the HOA doesn't allow it to open until April but the place was packed with spring break families. Overall, we did have a great week, but I would not stay here again due to the layout and the pool closure. If you only need the lower level bedrooms, and it's after April 1st, I'd recommend the unit. Steps away from beach and easy to get to other locations.
