Cozy 2 Bed/2 Bath House with Fenced Yard
Centrally located, peaceful, and dog friendly. Our private yard feels like an oasis while the walkability gives you that big city feel. This is a lovely home hidden in the best part of Dallas. It's walkable to tons of shops and restaurants, deep ellum, and Baylor Scott & White while still being very quiet.
Have a furry friend? No problem! We love dogs and our house does too.
On the first floor, you’ll find a welcoming queen bedroom with a medium-firm, ultra-comfy mattress (not memory foam) — perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Just outside the bedroom is a private full bathroom for easy access. This room opens right into the living area, making it ideal for peaceful mornings or winding down after a day of exploring.
Upstairs, step into the primary suite, your own private oasis complete with a plush king memory foam bed, attached full bathroom, and a deep soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. The split system upstairs lets you keep things extra cool and comfortable.
Both bedrooms are equipped with blinds and blackout curtains, ensuring a perfectly dark space for lazy mornings, and ceiling fans for added comfort.
The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect for coffee lovers — whether you prefer a classic coffee maker, French press, or pour-over setup. We even provide a grinder and gooseneck kettle for freshly brewed perfection. Enjoy your morning cup on the charming window seat, which overlooks the backyard.
The home features soaring high ceilings, creating a grand yet cozy vibe, and a dedicated work station with a desk and chair on the first-floor landing, perfect for remote work or catching up on emails.
