Please note that electricity on the island is 4 to 5 times more expensive than in the U.S., so we kindly ask that you be mindful of energy use, especially: Turning off A/C units and lights when not in use Keeping doors and windows closed while using the A/C The $30 daily allowance is typically sufficient if energy is used wisely. ⚡ Any overages will be calculated at $0.43 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out by 11:00 AM sharp ($100 per 30 min late). Our Property Manager will arrange a convenient time to meet you on your check-out date.
At check-out, the Property Manager will read the electric meter. Any usage over the included allowance will be billed to the booking guest.
Place trash in outdoor bin near parking. Turn off AC, lights, fans, TVs. Lock doors and windows. Place used towels in the laundry basket. Do not strip beds Remove all personal belongings.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
