Wake up to the Caribbean at Lazy A Beach House. Set directly on the beach between West Bay and West End, this four-bedroom, four-bath home gives up to eight guests room to gather, space to spread out, and an easy way to enjoy Roatán’s water, sunsets, restaurants, and dive shops.

Start your day with coffee on the screened porch, then step onto the beach for a swim or snorkel. Spend the afternoon by the shared pool, take a kayak out, or catch a water taxi from the dock. At sunset, return to the porch or relax beneath the palapa on the dock as the sky changes color over the water.

Room for everyone

The open living and dining area connects to a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The screened porch is a favorite gathering spot, with ocean and pool views, dining for eight, a wet bar, refrigerator, and grill. A second living area downstairs offers another place to relax, with board games, cards, and dice.

Each of the four bedrooms has its own attached bathroom, making the layout especially comfortable for couples or friends traveling together. Upstairs are a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. Each of the two downstairs bedrooms has a queen bed and a twin bed. The maximum occupancy for this home is eight guests.

Enjoy the beach and beyond

The beach is just outside your door, with chairs for relaxing and snorkeling close to shore. Kayaks are available for guests at no extra charge. A dive shop is steps away, and other local dive operators may arrange pickup at the dock.

Outside, you’ll find lounge chairs beside the shared pool, a lower deck with a freshwater shower, and access to two docks. The dock directly in front of the house is shared with Turtle Beach Dive Resort; its palapa offers a lovely place to linger over a sunset. The pool is shared with the neighboring owner’s home and a one-bedroom apartment that is rented occasionally.

Beachfront restaurants are a short walk away. West Bay and West End are also within reach on foot or by water taxi, letting you enjoy their beaches, dining, and activities while returning to a quieter spot at the end of the day.

The home includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV for use with your own streaming accounts, and bottled drinking water. Housekeeping and private chef services may be arranged for an additional charge. Rates begin with four guests, with an additional nightly charge for each guest beyond four. The home is best suited to adults; children under 12 require prior approval from the owner.
