Casa Suzana is a charming fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home conveniently located in the peaceful residential neighborhood of Corpus Christi. You'll love staying within walking distance of the dining and shopping of colorful downtown San Miguel. The living room has ample seating to gather and talk or watch your favorite shows on a large TV with cable programming. There is an elegant Rustico dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully-equipped to prepare anything from snacks and cocktails to a multi-course meal.

There are 3 bedrooms that comfortably sleep six. The ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed with private access to the patio and pool. Two more bedrooms, each opening onto a shared balcony, are upstairs - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin beds. Every air-conditioned bedroom has its own full bathroom, plenty of closet space, ipod-dock alarm clock, and television with cable programming as well as a quiet and efficient ceiling fan.

Outside, relax in the fresh water swimming pool with poolside table, chairs, sun loungers, and gas grill surrounded by a garden with coconut trees. Casa Suzana was built with divers in mind, so there is an outdoor fresh water shower, a rinse tank and a secure, ventilated locker to hang your dive gear. Overlooking the pool is a beautiful second floor terrace with a table, chairs and umbrella, perfect for sharing afternoon cocktails or stargazing at night.

Guests will have access to free high-speed wireless internet, free local calls and free phone calls to the us and Canada. Although your efficient house staff is trustworthy, a digital safe will guard your valuables, including up to a 17' laptop, for added peace of mind.

Also, as guests of Casa Suzana, you'll have the services of property manager, your Cozumel. We'll be happy to greet you at the airport and assist you to the casa via airport shuttle or rental car. Once you're settled in, we're available to you to help arrange car rentals, massages, diving, snorkeling, fishing, swim with dolphins - whatever you need to make your vacation more relaxing! Great all around well stocked and appointed. Great area to be away from the cruise port insanity but close to everything. communication was quick and great from beginning to end, and made staying here a breeze. I verbo all over the world and will definitely stay here again. Well done.

Beautiful, clean, safe and relaxing!

We enjoyed every minute at Casa Suzana! This was a mother/daughters' vacation and it couldn't have been more perfect! We enjoyed being off the beaten path to rest up it the quiet of the home after a day at the beach and before hitting the night life. We visited a new beach every day! Loved them all! I even totally stepped out of my comfort zone and joined the girls parasailing. The view was phenomenal! I highly recommend staying at Casa! The home is beautifully furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked and the entire staff is amazing! We loved our stay on the island!

Ironman No#10 is in the books!

Our stay @ Casa Suzana was the perfect location and accommodation for me and my friends. Each room having its on bath, the outdoor pool, the well appointed kitchen and on and on made this location just great. Flat out could not have had better accommodations, communication from our host from arrival to check out. Our host even made arrangements for us to get a private ride from the host house to the Ironman race starting point. The driver came timely at 5.10am which made our race morning so much easier. I would book this accommodation again and absolutely recommend it for others.

Nice location, helpful staff

We really enjoyed our stay here. There were some minor problems with AC units, but the staff attended to them promptly. Hot water takes some time to reach the faucets, but pretty normal for a Mexican house.The location is close to dive shops, though walking with gear would be a challenge. We had a rental car and everything was a short drive away.A large shopping centre (Chedraui) is only ten minutes walk away, with locally priced groceries, alcohol, and ATMs in both USD and pesos. The kitchen is very well provided for. There are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils provided. It was really easy to buy and cook our own food.The pool is small, but all you need for cooling off in the afternoon. The yard and outdoor spaces are quite private.I would definitely recommend this VRBO for those looking for a local house and living experience.Thanks to our host Myra and her staff for a lovely stay in Cozumel.

We all loved Casa Susana

We had a great experience renting Casa Susana for a week. Three of us were divers and it's a great location for getting a taxi to the marina easily. The non-divers had fun walking to the Chedraui grocery store and other places within walking distance. Mayra, the concierge, was VERY HELPFUL to us and really made our stay wonderful. She was very attentive whenever we texted with a need for a taxi or any small issues we needed help with. When one bedroom air conditioner was not working properly, she got right on the problem and actually had a new one installed when the old one could not be fixed. We could not have asked for a better concierge! Casa Susana is very comfortable with three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It was always so refreshing to swim in the pool in the afternoons after going for a walk. Also wonderful was the use of the washer/dryer. The house was REALLY stocked with every kitchen gadget you could think of so we had no problem preparing meals. Everything was just really very nice there and we loved our time spent there and on Cozumel. The next time we want to stay on Cozumel, we will be staying at Casa Suzana!

Comfortable, Safe & Clean

We were very happy with our stay. 9 days in Paradise! Close to everything. Mayra was there in a moments, taking care of our needs. Guille kept things clean and tidy, we love her! FYI.... once you book this house, you will be added to a group WhatsApp chat. You will be able to speak to several people anytime. Love this place!! House/kitchen is fully stocked (pots,pans, utensils) plus all appliances (microwave, coffee maker, large refrigerator). VERY SECURE!!! My Aunt and I felt very safe!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at Casa Suzana. Mayra was very helpful. Amber and Rodrigo do a great job of managing their properties and this one was nice different. The thermostat in an upstairs bedroom kept changing after we programmed it, but we let Mayra know and she said she would get it fixed.

Great Location, Good Value, Good Management

We stayed at Casa Suzanna for almost 2 weeks. We enjoyed the welcome package of smacks and drinks. The kitchen was well stocked and we prepared many meals easily. We loved that each of the 3 bedrooms had access to their own bathroom and their was another 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Rodrigo and his staff were very responsive to all of our requests. Bottle water is provided at a reasonable rate. We are scuba divers and this property is nicely set up with rinse tank and locked storage gear area. We also enjoyed the lovely sea life artwork in the house. We love staying in this area of town.

Very nice house,well furnished with lots of extra perks. These owners have thought about a lot of little things to make the stay more comfortable. The care takers Rodrigo, and Amber could not been more on the ball with answering any questions and accomadating any issues that came up. Very good house in a nice location

We had a great time staying at Casa Suzana, the house has 3 bedrooms each with a full bath and then a half bath downstairs in the living room and kitchen area with a decent sized pool in the back yard. The upstairs has 2 large balconies. Was a good location just a couple of blocks off the main strip. You could either walk to/from downtown or it was generally a $4 or $5 taxi ride so very manageable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Will definitely keep this house in mind for future trips.
