Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close all blinds
Hot tub must be covered and latched after each use If hot tub cover is damaged charge will be implied
Please be very careful with fragile hot tub cover Cover fire pit and turn off propane Please start wash cycle on all used linens and towels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Enjoy yourself be respectful of neighbors and quiet time NO SMOKING Smoke and vape detectors located in house that trigger owner resulting in fines
No parties loud noise past 10pm Noise complaints can result in termination of rental with no refunds must follow all local laws.
Do not leave patio furniture cushions out in Do not sit stand or put anything on the hot tub cover it is fragile and when damaged will be a $600 fee
