Why they chose this property
This place has everything you want on a big city but none of the bad. I have lived in St. Paul for over 20 years and it a magical place. The parks, the schools, the stunning views and bike paths to the river and lakes. It is close to big centers like the Grand Casino Arena (former Xcel Energy Center), the Science Museum, and just minutes from Minneapolis and mayor highways.
What makes this property unique
This is brand-new high-ceiling guesthouse located on the second floor with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay. Full kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, range and oven, washer/dryer in the unit, private office space, high-speed internet and balcony with stunning views.
