Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath ranch home in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in Greencastle. Conveniently located just minutes from campus, downtown restaurants, and local attractions, it’s the perfect home base for visiting families, alumni, and travelers.

The main floor features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other has a full-size bed.

The fully finished basement offers two additional bedrooms that share a full bathroom, along with a second family room and TV—providing plenty of space for larger groups to spread out and relax.

Guests can enjoy family rooms with TVs on both the main level and in the basement, making it easy for everyone to unwind after a day of exploring.

Please note that two friendly resident cats, Amy and Ashley, live in the home and will be present during your stay. They are accustomed to guests and add a little extra charm to the house!

This is our primary residence, not a dedicated rental property, so we kindly ask guests to treat our home with the same care and respect they would their own.
