Esta bellamente presentada propiedad de estilo rural "Nueva Inglaterra" cuenta con vistas espectaculares de más de 5 acres de césped bien cuidado, a través de los viñedos y en el rango de breakback en la distancia.

El alojamiento de 4 habitaciones se compone de 1 maestro con una apertura de baño a la veranda, 2 habitaciones Queen y un 4º dormitorio con 2 individuales para niños o adultos adicionales. Varias salas de estar por lo que es adecuado para familias o grupos pequeños.

Una cocina de granito y acero inoxidable bien equipada y bien equipada se encuentra entre el área del comedor y la sala de estar, perfecta para el entretenimiento. Las puertas francesas de la sala de estar se abren a una veranda profunda y completa, el lugar perfecto para relajarse y ver la puesta de sol sobre las colinas.

Special celebration

We had a fabulous time at Callie Rose celebrating a special occasion with family. Fantastic spot, view, cozy accomodation with everything you need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a getaway in the Hunter.

Girls Weekend

Excellent spot with great amenities

Excellent location with a fabulous and well communicative host. Constant communication was provided that included clear instructions. Additionally the place had well supplied amenities. Some lovely breakfast items, tea/ coffee and a vast array of pots and pans / serving boards. These extra little touches made our stay very comfortable. Gorgeous out look and isolated feel - while being relatively close to other wineries and spots in the hunter. Perfect for a friends get away for a wedding! Thank you

Absolutely stunning property

We stayed here the night before my wedding and it was absolute perfection. The house was well stocked, luxurious beds and linen. I felt like a queen on my wedding day.

Fabulous location, great house!

The house was gorgeous, with lovely views and close to all the Hunter has to offer. The house was huge and accommodated six of us extremely well, with plenty of space and rooms for a large group to comfortably stay.

PERFECT GETAWAY COSY HOME

Amazing property, My partner and I loved every moment in the home. As soon as we arrived we felt relaxed and welcomed. The property is styled perfectly and has every little details. from candles, sanitisers , hand creams, wipes you name it they have thought of it. The beds are very comfy too!!!!Amazing hosts and on arrival to receive a local hamper with staples was amazing. cant wait to return and take my family there in a few months

Holiday in the Hunter with Friends 8 nights

Turned as a result of COVID as friends didn’t travel...so had a daughter in law one night...2 grandchildren and son and his wife another night...son and his friend another night...property allowed us to do this easily...spacious inside...had all our needs covered...acres outside...one of the best views in the Hunter...fantastic location...had a great trip!!

Spacious, comfortable, stylish & welcoming

We had a fabulous few nights at Callie Rose. The house is so warm & welcoming! Mel & Paul have thought of everything to make a stay here very comfortable with lots of lovely little “extras” (think fresh flowers, luxury soaps, candles, nibblies etc etc). The outlook from the large verandah is so relaxing I could have sat there with my book the whole weekend but wine tasting beckoned & the house is well placed to access all areas of the Hunter easily. We will definitely be back!

Great retreat

Wonderful location and setting! House is tidy with all amenities you could require. Host provides great variety of fresh breakfast foods to save you the hassle and cost of “the holiday grocery run”. This and the great location means you can make the most of local produce as local markets/niche producers Within 5-15 minute drive. Wineries within walking distance is also a great plus! Beds are comfy, amenities are well maintained. Overall fantastic house on great setting!

Fantastic!

Callie Rose is a terrific house in a stunning location. It’s a great place for a getaway and well located to all the main parts of the Hunter Valley. Paul and Mel are very generous hosts. When we arrived we found bread, cereal, milk, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cheese, fresh fruit, orange juice and a terrific bottle of red wine. Communication was very easy and they are very responsive. Highly recommend a stay at Callie Rose

After travelling to the Hunter Valley for many years & dreaming of a tree change, we finally moved from Sydney just over 9 years ago, and we absolutely love it!
We live locally nearby on an acreage and are available by mobile, messenger but respect your privacy. We continue to enjoy everything the Hunter has to offer. We love discovering new wineries (there are so many cellar doors!) and restaurants and the great things to see & do. We love welcoming new guests to discover our beautiful Hunter Valley & enjoy the good life.

This property has everything we were looking in a country property when we moved. We love to have kids small and big enjoying the open space to run, relax and soak up our little part of the world, set amongst the vines and overlooking the mountains.
We have tried to present the house with everything you need, so all you have to do is open the front door and enjoy all the Hunter Valley has to offer.

Without a doubt our mountain views are simply sensational. Callie Rose Lovedale is set on its own 5 acres. Plenty of room to play cricket, footy or enjoy some golfing practice with our 3 rustic tees. Callie Rose features a fully equipped kitchen with your first mornings breakfast supplied (usually enough for continental & a cook-up the next day). Vittoria coffee pod machine with pods, Twining Teas, bread, fruit, free range eggs, bacon, yogurt, juice and jams etc. The pantry also all the basics provisions (olive oils, salt, sauces, etc), perfect for cooking up a storm, or dine in the rustic open shed (with chairs & tables, party lights & BBQ) overlooking the mountain sunset or visit one of the sensational restaurants. Ask us for recommendations for wineries and/or restaurants or tours.
