Stayed in apt 216 - the balcony view of the water was nice and the bedrooms were nice. The bedrooms were nice and the other tenants were very nice and quiet. The outside of the property was well maintained. However, The apartment had visible wear and tear and needed some upgrades. We also had trouble with the electronic lock and had to call for help often also had to call for wifi. The phone staff was friendly but we had to wait on the phone. No communication on house rules, wifi password or anything like garbage disposal. There was a broken cabinet, clothes dryer didn’t work, a stool wobbled and there was a missing a window blind. The walls had markings and some damage near the entrance. The dishwasher, faucets in bathroom and inside some of the cabinets looked nasty and no cleaning supplies/cleaning solutions in the apartment.
