We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property while visiting Kings Island! The house was peaceful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. It had everything our big family needed, and it was the perfect place to relax after a full day at the park. We only wish we had more time to enjoy the property itself because it was so comfortable and inviting with lots to do. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay in the area!

Thank you so much for your kind words! It means a lot to hear you felt at home and had everything you needed for your getaway. We would love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay!
A wonderful home on a two-home property. The surroundings are peaceful and picturesque. Games like darts and horseshoes, an inviting hammock, and a wraparound porch that makes you want to stay all all day. The house is well appointed and open, perfect for sharing with friends and family. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, outdoor amenities, and relaxing atmosphere of the property. It means so much to know that the wraparound porch, hammock, and games helped make your stay memorable.
We’re especially glad the home’s open layout provided a comfortable space for gathering with family and friends. Thank you for your kind recommendation. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway in the future!
The property is everything we'd hoped for! We spent much of the time away due to family wedding gatherings elsewhere. But tons to do there. Everything from pool table, pingpong, horseshoes, darts, ride on toys for little ones, books, board games, great fire pit, very comfortable, and peaceful. The hosts were fantastic in communications before and during stay. 2 thumbs up!
Perfect place to stay for a horse show at WEC! The house is super clean, cute and comfortable. It is very private. The hosts were great to communicate with and the kitchen was well stocked for being able to make meals and enjoy! We will stay there again when we have the next show.
Great location, great amenities, fun outside games and pool table inside. Host was responsive to requests and answering questions. We would love to stay again next year! Thank you for hosting us.
Beautiful place!!! Nice, peaceful, clean with so much to do. Great people so nice and quickly responds to any questions!!!! SVery pleased thank you!!!!
We had a great stay. The hosts were very accommodating. We were in town for a wedding on Friday. They let us check in early so we could get ready for the wedding. We had family over on Saturday and because the weather was subpar - we were able to host brunch and dinner for family in town for the wedding. We played horseshoes outside, billiards inside, had a nice fire outside in the fire pit, and went on some walks around the property. They even had disc golf on the property. We made the most of our stay, even with the poor weather. The house was big enough for the 10 of us who stayed there. Three big bedrooms - with 2 king bedrooms, and a room with 5 more beds. They even had extra folding tables and chairs. Highly recommend this VRBO for family gatherings in Wilmington.
This property was fantastic. We had four adults and four teenagers. Plenty of sleeping space. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space to stretch out, inside and out. The kitchen is well supplied. Great knives, plenty of cookware and table service. We did not find a whisk or measuring spoons but otherwise everything we needed was there. Bathrooms were great and well stocked. Living room furniture was comfy enough. I prefer a little more cushion but it was adequate. Outside is wonderful!!! The porch was so nice to sit and enjoy breakfast. So quiet and serene. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy everything but there is a nice fire pit with some wood available, horseshoe pits, disc golf, corn hole, darts, and lots of nature. Can’t forget the billiards table inside. Our kids loved it. Plenty of cues and all the needed accessories. I noticed there were some board games available as well. Two big TVs. One inside and another on the porch. We never found the remote for the outside TV. It also took a while to find the switches for some of the outside lights. There are two switches in the middle of the wall near the couch. Those are for outside power/lights. If you’re looking for a nice get away with all the things you need, look no further.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
The heat in the house wasn't working in January during a snowstorm. The temp inside the house started at 65 when we got there the first night and got to 53 degrees the next day; we had to sleep with full sweatsuits and two comforters. Owner came out right away and did a few things, but the fix did not work, and it actually got colder. We were offered a propane heater meant for outdoors, so we declined due to safety. After no improvement after that we left and had to go to a hotel. Was only credited back the one-night stay that we didn't stay at the house. Contacted VRBO and they said it wasn't their problem. Property was clean overall.

Thank you for your feedback. Your stay occurred during the severe snow and ice storm we experienced this winter, when temperatures dropped well below zero across the region and many heating systems were working harder than usual.
When you first arrived, you let us know everything was comfortable and even asked about the possibility of extending your stay if the weather worsened. The following day you mentioned the house felt a bit chilly, and my husband came to the property right away to check the system and adjust the thermostat.
To provide additional comfort, we also offered a supplemental indoor-safe heater that we have safely used in our own home, though you chose not to use it and indicated the temperature felt fine at that time. The next morning you let us know the house was not maintaining temperature as expected and asked about checking out early. We immediately approved the request and refunded the unused night.
A service technician inspected the system the same day and corrected a thermostat setting. He also noted that during the sub-zero temperatures many heating units in the area were struggling to keep up with the extreme cold.
We are glad you found the property clean and appreciate the opportunity to address the issue quickly. We always work hard to respond promptly and ensure our guests are comfortable, even during unusual weather conditions.
Very nice property, favorite with the group was the dart board and the pool table. Will definitely be back next year

We are so glad you enjoyed your weekend getaway with your family. It was our pleasure to host you, and we would be honored to welcome you back anytime. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you as you begin this journey. Wishing you strength, comfort, and brighter days ahead.
Team Art Smith stayed here for 2 nights in preparation for the Race Across the East which began on June 24th, 2026. The house was perfect for our purposes and is a peaceful retreat, close to our start in Blanchester, about a 15-minute drive from the house. The crew really enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable both inside and outside. The bunk room was ideal for the 5 people staying in there, and the 2 king rooms were also great for the 2 couples staying in them. The kitchen was really nice, and the dining and living areas were very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were also great, and the 3 students especially enjoyed the various games available, such as the pool table, darts, and outside games and walking the spacious grounds. I would also mention that the host was so nice and fast at answering our questions. The place is really beautiful, and if I do this race again (which I hope I get to do), I will definitely try to stay here again. It's truly lovely.
Great private space for hosting a large group. We stayed here with our team for a conference. Enough room for everyone to spread out in out party of 8. Had a great fire pit set up and saw many wild animals while we visited. Would stay again most definitely!
Probably the best stay I have ever had. The house was super clean, beautiful, and comfortable. All the beds felt amazing. The yard is so peaceful, I had my coffee outside each morning just enjoying the view. The host is so accommodating and responds quickly. I can’t wait to book again! Had such a great weekend. Will be recommending to all my friends.
