Very comfortable and great location

  • 5 of 5

This is the second time we have stayed in the garden apartment and love the location and the comfort of the apartment. It is very clean and nicely decorated. Kristin has a map with great recommendations. We felt safe even walking our dogs late at night. Quick walk to parks, restaurants and so many other things. Can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else!!

Nicely appointed with a very comfortable living room.

  • 5 of 5

Party of 5 stayed 3 nights. Living area very comfortable for 5+ which is sometimes hard to find. Exactly as described & shown in pics. Plenty of silverware, plates, games, blankets, etc. Loved the space saving fold down table & extra chairs placed throughout the place. Nice quiet location within decent walkability to restaurants, bars & shops. Safe area & Calhoun Square is right across the street. Enclosed patio area outside was a huge plus for our group. My only negative...dust bunnies under bed and in LR corner. Other than that the home seemed clean - out of way areas just need a little attention. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Great Location

  • 3 of 5

This house is beautiful and was clean and nicely updated. It is right near a few of the beautiful squares- easy to walk everywhere but still be away from the busy shopping district. It is also conveniently close to one of the trolley stops so you can do the hop-on-off tour and easily get back to the house.

It is a bottom floor apartment in an old home- we could hear all of the footsteps, talking, movements of the people in the upstairs part of the house. If you are a light sleeper this might be a problem for you. I would bring some ear plugs.

The owner was very responsive, easy to get in touch with, and honored my friends and I when we needed to leave early on our last day with a quick refund for the night we did not stay. She was very easy to work with and I would rent from her again.
