Villa is surrounded by relaxing nature, offers you the chance to enjoy a beautiful private garden with a big swimming pool while overlooking the sea and olive tree groves.
You will love your own self standing rustic villa with 4 king size beds, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, air conditioning, balcony, two outside sitting areas and private parking. Villa is located in a quiet village of Žgombići, only 1,5km from Malinska centre and the beaches.

Villa Cassiopeia is a holiday home, perfect for calm and relaxing escape from your busy lifestyle. You will be able to lay by the big swimming pool and look at the Adriatic sea through olive trees and nature, that the beautiful landscape of island Krk has to offer.
It is located in a small quiet village Žgombići, only 1,5km from Malinska city centre, and from different beaches. There are many paths for walking around, from which you can easily explore the nature.

The house:
The house is beautifully decorated in rustical mediterranean style which creates a unique atmosphere.

- Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, refrigerator and a freezer, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, oven and a big induction cooking stove.

- Easy access to terrace sitting area and the pool
4 bedroms, each with king sized beds, air conditioning and closet space, additional flat screen TV in one of the bedrooms
Balcony (accessible from two bedrooms) with cosy wooden furnishing and a magnificent open view of the sea and olive tree groves
3 fully equipped bathrooms (2 on ground floor, 1 on first)
- one has a bath tub, two have a shower
- equipped with towels, hair dryers, shampoo
A storage room with a washing machine and a dryer, free for you to use.
Separate studio (separate entrance) with:
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop)
- Couch (possible for extra two person bed)
The garden and the pool area:
In our beautiful green garden everyone will find a place for themselves, under the shadow of the olive trees, or the pergola, covered with greenery, or sunbathing on the warm sun on 6 deckchairs by the swimming pool (4m x 8m) with refreshing clear water.
The garden is surrounded by traditional mediterranean flora (rosemary, lavender, mint, olives) for you to pick and use.
On the covered terrace in front of the house there is a sitting area suitable for 8, facing the nature and the sea where you can enjoy the warm summer evenings looking at the sunset and the sea in front of you.
Traditional mediterranean sitting area and a barbecue yard: Second sitting area lays on the side of the garden and offers traditional open fire Barbecue fireplace with traditional wooden furnishing for 10 people.
In the evening you can watch bright coloured sunsets and pink skies, and when the sky darkens there is a magical view on the city of Rijeka in shimmering of the city lights, on the other side of the Kvarner bay.

- There are two bikes and one SUP board for you to use.

Guest access:
The house is easily accessable by car, with a private parking space for 2 cars.
The villa is completelly private, with stone fence all around the back and iron fence in the front, so you won’t be interrupted by anyone.

Interaction with guests:
We are a family from Slovenia, living 2 hours from the villa and happy to help with your questions by phone and email during your stay. When arriving and leaving from your stay, we will be there to await you and make sure everything is okay, and also show you around the place and the surrounding area.
As mentioned, we are only 2 hours away in case of urgent matters during your stay.

Other things to note:
We kindly ask guests to check in and out on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) if possible.
