Me and my partner had what is called a little escape from reality. The energy feels so good the smell of the sea near by it was amazing, the place was beautiful cozy and the owner was so helpful any hour Will repeat another stay here

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Ricks properties. They are always well stocked and very clean, lots of pool toys, beach chairs, towels and even boogie boards. The local beach can sometimes have a lot of seaweed and other times is really clear, we had better luck going at low tide to avoid seaweed. We lost power for 2 days, but fortunately the grill worked as our oven and with the windows open the house was not unbearably hot. Rick was great with communication. Enjoyed our stay

If you really want to do a ton in San Juan this may not be your ideal location as there is a lot of driving. That being said if you want a nice place to stay for a chill location this place is perfect. Ms Luann is super responsive if there are any questions or issues and the beach across the street is very pretty. I prefer a more relaxed location but we did have to drive quite a bit for activities so if that bothers you then you should probably stay closer to San Juan.

This home truly exceeded our expectations. Via large glass moving wall, the main living area and kitchen are wide open to a comfortable patio with the most amazing view. This feature really made the home feel very roomy and open despite being there with a large family.The private pool was just icing on the cake. The view of the ocean, the sound of the waves crashing on the beach and the tropical landscape surrounding the property made this an unforgettable vacation. I could have spent every moment here if not for all the great things to do nearby. The home is very well equipped, even for all seven of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. A stop at the grocery store and we were set for the trip. That is except for those meals we enjoyed at several of the local restaurants. Linens, bathroom necessities, beach chairs and toys. It’s all provided. There were even board games, and a video library that we never actually found time to enjoy. To many other things to do. I had read several comments in reviews about there only being A/C in the bedrooms. I can tell you from our experience, this was not an issue at all. The units cool the room’s extremely well, and the combination of several ceiling fans, the open window wall and the ocean breeze; made the common area very comfortable. The gated access was easy to use and the community property well maintained. I really have only good things to say about this property. Way too many to list.

Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and this house is a perfect place for you to stay off the touristy areas. The neighborhood is safe and authentic. The local restaurants have good food and drinks (Cash Only).

We really enjoyed the beautiful setting and the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach. We took full advantage off the pool and grill, and enjoyed seeing more of the island than we would if staying at a resort. The property manager was very kind and attentive. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend Casa Del Sol!

Close to the beach and a play area for the kids. Beautiful location. Perfect for rest and relaxation.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your beautiful apartment in Palmas Del Mar Humacao, and it was truly a delightful experience. The location was perfect, and the views of the beach and surrounding areas were stunning. Our family enjoyed walking to the beach and relaxing at the pool. The apartment itself was in excellent condition and the accommodations were both elegant and very cozy. The overall quality of our stay was exceptional, providing us with a relaxing retreat.
