ACTUALIZACIONES RECIENTES:

Agosto 2018 - Nuevas fotos agregadas. Acabo de pasar una semana agradable y relajante de vacaciones en la casa y explorar los alrededores. No puedo esperar para volver con amigos para compartir mis nuevos descubrimientos. Como de costumbre, parte de mi disfrute incluye trabajar en la casa y actualizar un par de cosas. Planeo disfrutar esta casa tanto como sea posible. Por lo tanto, lo hice lo más cómodo y agradable posible para mi disfrute personal.

ACTUALIZACIÓN DE HURACANES: La casa está lista para recibir invitados nuevamente. Fuimos muy afortunados durante la tormenta, sufriendo daños mínimos.

Disfruta de vistas despejadas del océano desde las comodidades de esta casa recientemente remodelada frente al mar en una comunidad privada de playa cerrada. NINGUNA OTRA CASA EN LA COMUNIDAD PROPORCIONA LAS VISTAS, PROXIMIDAD Y CONFORT QUE ESTA CASA TIENE QUE OFRECER. ¡Disfruta de la vista al mar desde la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, las habitaciones y el patio trasero! Atraviesa las puertas dobles de la sala de estar o el dormitorio principal hacia dos porches cubiertos con vista al océano. La casa tiene capacidad para más de 10 personas cómodamente. El dormitorio principal, con vistas panorámicas del océano, tiene una cama king size, baño privado y un porche privado con vista a la playa y al océano. La casa también tiene un segundo dormitorio principal con una cama queen size y baño privado. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales con camas queen size y un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Hay un total de tres baños, todos recientemente remodelados en 2017. El comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas en la mesa y 2 más en el mostrador de la cocina. Cuna y trona disponibles para pequeños viajeros.

La casa tiene dos áreas de descanso cubiertas al aire libre para relajarse y ver las olas rompiendo en la playa. Ya sea café por la mañana, una buena cerveza fría por la tarde o vino por la noche, disfrutará de la brisa del mar.

Para grupos grandes de hasta 22 personas, tenemos otra hermosa casa de vacaciones cerca que puede acomodar a otras 12 personas. Por favor pregunte.

This was our second time staying in this home. Great communication from start to finish. The home is amazing. The back yard and pool is an amazing place to hang out. You can see and hear the ocean.

We had a wonderful stay with our friends at Ricks house. We were a little bummed that the seaweed kept us from the beach and the bio bay but that just means we need to come back. We would definitely stay again if he will have us. Enjoyed the pool and the patio and everything was clean and well stocked.

Beautiful vacation

This house is exactly as it is shown on VRBO. Communication with the owner was easy andprompt. He shared where to and not to eat in the area. The pool and waterfall a favorite of mine. Recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation away from the bustle.

The house was perfect for our stay! Everyone loved playing in the pool. The rooms were large and comfortable. Communication with the owner was quick and easy throughout our stay. The family loved going for hikes right outside the house. The neighborhood was quite. We all loved the house and location.

Returning Mission Team

This is our 3rd time renting this home for our Mission Team. We had 62 people and rented several homes in the neighborhood. Rick is always attentive and helpful. The check in process was easy, the house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great. The view from his house is absolutely amazing.

The house fully met our needs and it was stocked with all the extras that made our vacation stay a fantastic experience. The pool was a lifesaver on days when rain made a beach trip difficult. We did have one maintenance issue but Rick addressed it immediately and the issue was resolved very quickly. I'd stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Great Beach Home!

The house was wonderful! The property manager had everything we needed and more, including bath towels, beach towels, sanitary items (toilet paper and paper towels), and baby items. The house was clean, and the washer and dryer worked great. The A/C in the master bedroom was fantastic! The home was only 5 minutes from the town of Humacao, where there are many food choices. There are also restaurants right outside the neighborhood, but they close early, so if you’re a late-night eater, you might want to head into town for food. The only downside is that the beach water has a lot of algae, but nothing the homeowners can do about that. I would definitely recommend this home to others!

Seniors

There were three senior couples (65) who stay for 8 days at the property. We loved it! The location was private and not far from major attractions. The property was very clean and all on one floor…the pool was a big hit after a long day of sight seeing. The ocean was almost in the back yard and listening to surf was soothing. The natural reserve abuts the property and can be easily accessed via trails. The property owner very quickly responded to any questions or issues we encountered.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous piece of paradise. It had everything we needed. Would be nice if could cut off pool light so doesnt attract so many bugs at night and bigger pan for cooking for my big crew but it was still amazing and would definitely stay again.

A great house, private pool, and views of the ocean!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and it was an amazing trip for our family! The house is in a peaceful community which we truly appreciated after full days of hiking, sightseeing, and exploring the island. We especially loved the private pool and being just steps from a quiet beach—listening to the sound of the ocean was a dream! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our group. Rick was an outstanding host—very responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. We loved our experience and hope to return one day!

Spring break

This is the second time we have stayed at one of Ricks properties. They are always well stocked and very clean, lots of pool toys, beach chairs, towels and even boogie boards. The local beach can sometimes have a lot of seaweed and other times is really clear, we had better luck going at low tide to avoid seaweed. We lost power for 2 days, but fortunately the grill worked as our oven and with the windows open the house was not unbearably hot. Rick was great with communication. Enjoyed our stay

Great First Visit

Our family was taking our first visit to Puerto Rico and we loved it. We stayed in three different locations and this home in Humacao was our favorite. It's a bit off the beaten path relative to the other major locations (San Juan, Fajardo, Luquillo, etc) but that means it's very quiet which is what we prefer. We took day trips to a few other locations but the beach here was our kids favorite though it did have seaweed and not a ton of sandy beach. The home itself was clean and we also appreciated how well equipped it was: beach toys, kitchen utensils, pans, etc.The gated community was quiet, friendly, and peaceful.Size was more than adequate for the seven of us, we had space to hang out inside or sit out by the pool, which was also a hit with the younger kids in particular.The host was helpful and very responsive. I hope to return to Puerto Rico and we will definitely consider staying here again if we are able.

Secret hideaway!

We traveled with 4 couples and had plenty of house space. The pool was amazing and clean and the beach was a few steps away! We will return again!

Nice property!

This was our 3rd visit to Puerto Rico but the first time staying in this area. The location was very convenient for all of the activities we wanted to see and do. We spent plenty of time at the property also. The pool area was so comfortable and private. One of our favorite things was walking just a short distance to the beach where we could enjoy our afternoons without being amongst a lot of people. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we go back to PR.

Nice house and pool and location

Very nice house and pool. Easy walk to the nature preserve. A few miles from lots of shopping. Two decent restaurants basically at the community’s entrance. The gated community with all the houses with bars on the windows and doors was off putting but that apparently is how it is throughout PR.Rick was extremely responsive and available. Couldn’t ask for a better host.

Wonderful property

You get the best of both worlds with the beach and pool at this home. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Very spacious. There were 5 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other. There are shops and restaurants close by. Bocata and El Kafe became repeat favorites!Rick was very quick to respond to any questions we had and it was a great trip.

Puerto Rico Paradise

Everything about the house was excellent. Check in to check out was super easy and the Rick was so easy to communicate with.The location was perfect for beach going and taking walks through the preserve.Fantastic views from the pool patio and everything you could want for the patio or the beach was provided.I'll definitely be back.

The perfect place to celebrate my birthday with friends!

I could gush all day about the great location, the beautiful beach just steps away, the accommodating and kind host, the amenities that you want and need, just about everything you could hope for! It's less than an hour from the hustle of San Juan, and feels like a remote location, but it's just 10 minutes fast food, Walmart and other shopping options. We had a couple of hiccups with plumbing and a failed AC, but Rick had an HVAC tech and a plumber there in less than 12 hours! Can't complain about that kind of response from a host!!! The house was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a beautiful pool It was the perfect place to celebrate my "holy cow, I'm old" birthday with friends.
