• The Seven Dwarfs Resort charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is $20. This amount is included in your reservation.

THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING: We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES): You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, FEDEX and AMAZON will leave it at the door step.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT: When available an early check-in anytime after 10AM or late check-out up to 2PM will have a 50% of daily charge fee.

PLEASE NOTE: Additional charges apply when the owner has to fix something or pay for additional cleaning if not complied.
