Inside, the home is designed for both comfort and functionality. One bedroom features two queen beds, private access to a full bathroom with a tub and shower, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom offers two twin-size beds—ideal for kids or additional guests. A cozy living room plus and extra space with a sofa bed that provides extra sleeping space if needed. There are two full bathrooms altogether, each equipped with essentials like a bathtub and hair dryer.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please place any used towels and linens in the bathroom or bedroom. Dispose of any trash in the designated bins. Turn off all lights and appliances, including the air conditioning.
Close and lock all windows and doors, and ensure all blinds are shut. Kindly load any dirty dishes into the sink or dishwasher. Make sure the pool light was turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. Violating this rule will result in a $200 fine per night and any additional cost to clean the house.
Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
