4 Bedrooms: Our spacious bedrooms are designed for comfort and relaxation. Each room features plush bedding and ample storage space for your belongings.

Bedroom 4- Twin over full bunk bed and day bed with trundle

We also provide 2 queen and 2 twin airbeds and a bassinet for a baby.

Cozy Backyard: Step outside to your private paradise. The backyard boasts a heated* pool and hot tub, perfect for soaking up the California sun or unwinding after a day of exploration. Lounge on comfortable outdoor furniture, gather around the firepit for cozy evenings under the stars, or fire up the grill for a delicious barbecue.

Pool heating is available for $125/day with a min 2 day requirement. For April-October season, pool heating is available for $95/day.

Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).

Entertainment: Enjoy endless fun with our foosball table and selection of board games. Whether you're competing in a friendly game or simply relaxing with loved ones, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals with ease in our fully stocked kitchen. Equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, you'll have everything you need to whip up culinary delights during your stay. We provide coffee, tea, spices. All you need to do is bring your groceries.

Outdoor Dining: Dine al fresco in style with our outdoor dining area. Gather around the table and savor home-cooked meals in the fresh air, surrounded by the beauty of Palm Springs.

Guests have access to the entire house except the garage.
Other things to note
Please note we do not allow music outside after 7 pm. No DJ, karaoke or loudspeakers are allowed.

Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an extra $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.

PETS are allowed. Please let us know in advance. We charge $60 per pet for their stay. Please note that pets are NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet/pets in advance.

Pool maintenance is every Monday and Thursday.

5 car limit - Please do not bring more than 5 cars. Do not block the sidewalk.

Please note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.

Also note, that for safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement through VRBO before their check-in. Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything.
