Bike trails also extend to the dining and shopping located in Freshfields Village (around four miles away). Night Heron Park on Kiawah has green spaces and playgrounds. The property was immaculate, and much effort was placed on providing comfort and convenience. Location was excellent, easy walk to most Kiawah highlights.

We loved the screened in porch! Had many dinners outside and breakfast out there. Woke up to two little deers every morning. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for us. 5 min bike ride to the beach. So many trails nearby kept us busy. We will definitely be back soon.

The pictures online are very deceiving. The shower curtain liner had the beginning of mold starting with that pink slimy goo. The decorative shower curtain should’ve been washed too. There was some type of mud or dirt on that. The paint in the bathroom is not the appropriate paint because you can see watermarks down the walls. The mirrors in the bathroom also have a little bit of rust around the edges. The condo is just very dated as of the 80s/90s. There is only a TV in the family room nothing in the bedroom. The bedspread is fraying a little bit around the edges. There was a coffee pot, but none of the basics, like coffee, baggies, foil, non-dairy creamer… There is a washer and dryer, but unless you bring your own detergent, you can only do one load. There was not enough towels when we got there, but as soon as I contacted the representative, they sent a bag of towels and washcloths over. Every time I contacted them, they did respond very quickly. The location is extremely convenient to the beach and beautiful walking paths. We were just very disappointed because the pictures posted put a beautiful filter over the condo. Friends of ours stayed across the hall and it was drastically different- massively upgraded over there.

Location of property is convenient to restaurants, shops and beach. 2nd floor unit with stairs to access. Nice 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa with peaceful screened in porch. Could use some updates but overall a nice stay.

It wasn’t completely clean (some popcorn on the floor, pieces of trash in living room) but other than that it was great! The physical address of the property if different from the one I was given so I initially went to the wrong place. The phone number for the after hours manager was wrong or disconnected but thankfully Amanda with the Casago team was super helpful and responsive! She quickly helped me figure out the issues I had with parking passes for a guest and the check in. Some of this was user error on my part but the instructions could have been clearer and they maybe need to take a look at the parking pass process. The location was beautiful and the walk to the beach was also beautiful. Super quiet and serene, lots of nature, it truly was a great location.
