Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it. Take out the trash to the outside bins. Turn off air conditioners, and lights before leaving. Make sure doors and windows are locked.
We love our neighbors! Please keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 p.m. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed without prior approval.
If you use the pool or patio area: No glass near the pool. Please rinse off sand before entering the house. Dry towels and swimsuits outside to help us keep the house fresh.
