Ocean Residence -Entire House

Fabulous.... new ...3 story house, in a gated ..full security, beach community.
It has 4 bedrooms, with 4 full beautiful bathrooms, and 2 half baths,for a total of 6 .
There is also a bunk bed with 2 regular mattresses and a twin mattress.
Each BR. has it's own lock box, and air conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen,
4 tv's with wi-fi, & Netflix. The roof top has a fabulous new outdoor kitchen, it has two grills, one gas.... one carbon, a double sink, with exotic granite counter tops.
A full refrigerator, jacuzzi, mood lights, stereo, blue tooth speakers..
with ocean, and mountain views... and great camera shots!
Common area has 2 pools, a regular... and an infinity, with a hot tub.
Two palapas with tables, another palapa for events...there is also a tennis court.
The ocean is right on the back of the complex. It is also guarded!
Next door is Mr. Leonso's famous restaurant, with great prices, and nightly entertainment, and right on the ocean!
A block away, is a shopping area, with more wonderful restaurants!
No need for a car... the bus stop

Witches Beach vacation

House is beautiful and close to beach and great restaurants. Enjoyed the area and bus stop right outside property made it easy to explore the downtown and Malecón areas. Shirley was fantastic to work with.

Happy 60th

Great stay at Playa Brujuas condo. Clean, safe and great grounds. Close to lots of restaurants. The beach is very close. Great communication with the hosts staff.

from the Booking all the way up to our stay with exceptionally great! The Host was awsome and made sure we were well taken care of. The home is beautiful and location was great, plenty to see and do. Great for Families.

What an awesome place!

Location was perfect. Quite, except for the construction happening in front during the day. We were there to surf and the waves were great! Late Nov water temp was perfect. Rooftop deck/kitchen was so great! Host was so sweet.

The property was modern and beautiful with great proximity to the beach. The home came equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We are looking forward to returning in the future!

Amazing vacation

Amazing property, staff, security! Wonderful beach and restaurants. Location is good, transportation to downtown has a lot of options. If you like a place outside of the city this is it! Beautiful house and area, surf right outside, rip currents are very strong so tricky with small children. We had the best time and will definitely be back

BEAUTIFUL HOME TO STAY ON EVERY VACATIONS

Wonderful location with convenience to the Beach & lots of store within blcks. Very quiet location & very comfortable furnishings & conveniences, Loved working with the Host. Fine. She always responds promptly to my inquiries, Great place to stay.. I wish I could have stayed longer than 2 nights. Next time surely plan to stay. Shirley Meece, gave us information of places we can use during our stay, she is a Wonderful person.

Great place for a large family gathering

We had a great time at this large house . The location was great short walk to the pool and beach and a great restaurants close to the house. The high light of the house was the amazing rooftop we cooked played games and had an exceptional time . The owner and the host were at your beckon call if you needed anything. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great time with their family or friends. Thanks Shirley and Bertha for a great two week vacation.

Awesome vacation

Shirley is the best. Great house with all the amenities you can ask for. The rooftop deck is big enough to host a party for 60 at least . Every bedroom has a top notch bathroom with huge closets and the view of the ocean was breathtaking. This was a vacation my friends and I will never forget.

Christmas in Mazatlan

Lovely property in gated community. Property had all the amenities you could ask for. Property managers were quick to respond, and reached out several times to check on us. Location is a bit far from the golden zone, but if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle, then this is your place. Right near the beach, and a short walk to some nice restaurants. I will say this is a 4 bedroom. The double beds are in a hall and not a separate closed off bedroom.

I love this property because of where it is located, and the architecture. I love the security, ocean views, and being where the buses start their route.

The bathrooms in this house, the finishes are so pretty, with the rough stones and polished tile. The views from the rooftop..la Terraza... of the ocean, and the mountains...
