Welcome to THE EDDY HOUSE! Where your time together becomes TIMELESS! This peaceful escape on 5 acres offers easy highway access and is just 20 minutes to Magnolia, the Silos, and Baylor. This 4BR+Office retreat sleeps 15 with multiple gathering spaces, including a large family room and a game room with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and a projector for memorable movie or game nights. The outdoor patio offers a TV, grill, and dining space; perfect for families, friends, and Waco adventures.

Guest will be given a door code to access the property that will activate at the start time of their booking and will terminate upon the check out time.
To keep the home clean, family-friendly, and allergy-safe, we are a pet-free home. Trained service animals are welcome by law, but must be crated when unattended. Guests are responsible for damages.
THE EDDY HOUSE is a hard-alcohol-free property. Beer, wine, and champagne are welcome in moderation, but distilled spirits like vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey, bourbon, and gin are not permitted.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No HARD Alcohol allowed. Beer, wine, and champagne are okay in moderation. Thank you for respecting our home.
We are a pet-free home. Service animals are welcome, but must be crated when unattended; they are not to be left in rooms, bathrooms - MUST BE CRATED.
