IMPORTANT: The listed price covers an occupancy of up to 16 guests.
For larger groups, an additional fee of $1,000 MXN per person per night applies. A payment link will be provided to cover the extra amount.

Casa Aixha is located in a quiet, residential, and exclusive part of town. The streets around are dirt roads, like most streets in Puerto Escondido. There aren’t any small shops nearby, so renting a scooter or car is recommended. We’re happy to help you arrange it. Just a 5-minute walk downhill, you’ll find direct access to a peaceful wild beach: a little corner of paradise.?

The best way to get around is by van, scooter or car. We can provide contacts or arrange rentals for you, and we’ll also share a list of reliable taxi & van drivers: just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

POWER OUTAGES: Puerto is a small, developing town. This means that temporary power outages may occasionally occur. The house uses a hydropneumatics system, so when the electricity goes out, there is no water. The electricity company often performs upgrades and doesn’t always notify the exact times. If it happens, please be patient: service usually comes back within 10 to 15 minutes. If not, let your host know so we can follow up. Please note that we do not have an electric generator.

WILDLIFE: We are in a tropical area. We fumigate regularly to keep the space clean, but you might still see the occasional bug. If you need guidance or assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

REPORTING ISSUES: If something in the house isn’t working properly (such as the fridge, A/C, fans, etc.), please let us know as soon as possible. We want you to have a comfortable stay and will resolve any issue quickly.

NOISE: After 11:00 p.m., there should be no noise or music that could disturb the neighbors. This is a rule set by local authorities. Breaking it may result in fines, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the environment peaceful and harmonious.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
NOISE: Please keep noise at a respectful level at all times, out of consideration for our neighbors. No parties or events are allowed, and large speakers are prohibited.
NO SMOKING IN ROOMS: Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
Failure to follow these rules may result in fines.
