Stunning Views and Excellent Amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully located holiday apartment in Llanca. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view over the sea and surrounding landscape – waking up to such a panorama each morning was a real treat.The apartment itself was modern, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area and spacious balcony, every detail was thoughtfully arranged.

The apartment has stunning views of a beautiful coastline. The apartment itself was spotless and comfortable, and well furnished balconies.The town of Llanca was closed down a lot during our stay at the end of September into October so car rental was necessary, and we didn’t use the pool as cold by beginning of October, but the pool too had lovely views of the sea.The host and his apartment were lovely

Wonderful!

The apartment, the fantastic view on the sea, the pool, and the roof terrace were wonderful. The flat was very clean and the equipment perfect. Miquel took time and showed us all including the pool, garage etc. He also explained the footpath to the beach. We appreciated that the flat was cleaned after 1 week. We highly recommend this apartment and have nothing to critise!

Magnifique appartement. Vue exceptionnelle, exactement comme sur les photos. L'accès à la petite piscine et à la terrasse en rooftop peut perturber au début mais finalement on en a bien profité. Petit bémol sur la climatisation qui n'est pas adapté pour la superficie de l'appartement. Uniquement dans le salon et pas dans les chambres. Heureusement qu'il y avait du vent sur les hauteurs de Llançà. En tout cas nous avons passé un superbe séjour avec les conseils de Miquel adorable sur les sites à visiter.

Bel appartement avec vue exceptionnelle

L'appartement était tel que décrit dans l'annonce même au delà de nos espérances . Le propriétaire est serviable et aimable . La vue de l'appartement est magnifique , il est très bien équipé et très propre ! Les plages sont accessibles à pieds rapidement .

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura di Miguel una settimana che è stata di puro relax, la struttura rispecchia in pieno quanto descritto nell’annuncio, la zona è tranquilla e la vista sulla baia del paese è stupenda, un plus la piscina privata con vista mare e il solarium, in 5 minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi grazie a tutti i consigli che il gentilissimo Miguel ci ha offerto.

Une vue à couper le souffle

Excellent séjour sur Llanca, l’appartement est très propre, très bien équipé. Les terrasses sont Top et on ne se lasse pas de cette vue de Llanca jusqu’à Port de la Selva.

Wunderschön und wirklich zu empfehlen!

Einen wunderschönen Urlaub, durften wir in Dieser schönen, sauberen und großen Wohnung verbringen. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Strände zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Egal ob man nach links oder rechts geht, ist am ganzen Meer entlang ein Fußweg wo man sehr gut und ganz weit spazieren gehen kann. Miquel ist sehr sympathisch und hat uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben und erklärt. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen! Peter und Tanja

Super Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung, genialer Blick

Wohnung ist wie in der Anzeige abgebildet, sehr schön, gut erhalten und alles vorhanden. Leider war der Pool am Nachbarhaus, zwar zur alleinigen Nutzung aber man musste hin und herlaufen. Schade - wir (unser Sohn) konnte ihn nicht nutzen wie gewünscht.

Superbe vue et bon emplacement

Appartement très bien placé avec une superbe vue, bien équipé et propre, plage à 10min à pied, la piscine est un plus en saison. Si on doit trouver un point négatif et ce serait le seul, ce serait le voisinage de l'appartement du dessus, mais sans être gênant.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Terrasse und Meerblick

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles was sehr sauber und wurde-wir hatten das nicht erwartet-wöchentlich gereinigt. Neben der Sauberkeit hat uns die Lage oberhalb von Llanca gut gefallen, weiter Meerblick und schöne Buchten rechts und links. Miquel ist zudem ein engagierter hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der seine Wohnungen in bestem Zustand hält. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Johanna

Traumhaftes Appartment mit Meeresblick

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Apaprtment in LLanca genossen. Es ist alles vorhanden (einschließlich eines kleinen Swimming Pools) und geregelt. Der Blick auf das Meer (einschließlich Sonnenaufgang) ist traumhaft. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto in relativ kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Magnifique logement

Magnifique appartement dont nous avons pleinement profité de sa terrasse et des superbes levers de soleil. L’accès à la piscine et terrasse en toiture nous avait un peu surpris, mais nous y avons vu que des avantages (continuité de l’ensoleillement, indépendance, panorama, etc.). Le calme du voisinage, l’accès et la proximité aux plages, les ballades en bord de mer (GR-92), ont été très appréciés. La bienveillance du propriétaire et des habitants a généré un fort sentiment de sécurité. Nous recommandons vivement cette location que nous reconduirons rapidement. Sira et Michel Schwab

Séjour parfait

Accueil parfait, logement très propre et bien équipé avec une magnifique vue sur la côte de Llança. La piscine est petite et trop fraîche pour la saison, mais la terrasse était agréable. Les plages sont accessibles à pied, environ 10 minutes (en descendant, plus long pour remonter...) et il est possible de faire de longues promenades tout le long de la côte, car le chemin est aménagé. Bref, de très belles vacances, dans un logement agréable et un cadre splendide !

Super appartement, vue magnifique

L'appartement est lumineux et très bien équipé, les terrasses sont très agréables. Nous avons juste regretté que la terrasse attenante à l'appartement soit orientée nord-est (ce qui limitait le soleil en cette fin octobre) et nous n'avions pas compris que l'accès au roof-top se faisait par la rue. Les services compris sont aussi très appréciables : lits faits à l'arrivée, serviettes fournies, nettoyage final, articles de première nécessité, ... A recommander !
