Fantastic View and Water Access

It's an eight-minute walk to the beach and coastal path (down steps, be forewarned!) from this small apartment with phenomenal views of Llanca and El Port de la Selva. It was perfect for my able-bodied family and made for easy day trips by car to Cadaques, Roses, and France. The neighborhood is quiet and clean, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We plan to return.

Alles perfekt. Ausblick unbezahlbar , Lage oberhalb der KĂŒste und weit genug weg von der Hauptstraße. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Eva klappte schon Monate im voraus. Stellplatz in privater Garage auch fĂŒr SUVs groß genug. Die letzten 200m zum Haus sind recht steil. Fußweg in die Stadtmitte etwa 20 Minuten

Moderne und neu möblierte Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick. Die KĂŒcheneinrichtung ist vorbildlich. Holzkohlegrill und Tiefgarage stellen weitere Pluspunkte da.Einzig Fliegengitter am Schlafzimmerfenster haben uns gefehlt.Die Kommunikation mit Eva war nett und zuverlĂ€ssig.

Unglaublicher Meerblick

Ich hatte in dem Appartement einen wundervollen Urlaub. Die Aussicht ĂŒber die gesamte Bucht von der großen Terrasse aus ist unbeschreiblich. Der Ausblick wurde tĂ€glich zu einem wahren Erlebnis. Die moderne KĂŒche ist komplett ausgestattet. Meiner Meinung nach zeigt sich hier auch, dass privat gefĂŒhrte Wohnungen in der Regel umfangreicher und liebevoller ausgestattet sind als agenturgefĂŒhrte Ferienwohnungen.Ein weiteres, nicht zu unterschĂ€tzendes Plus waren die ausgezeichneten Matratzen, die fĂŒr einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgten.Zum Appartement gehört eine große Tiefgarage, in der die auch höhere und breitere Autos keine Probleme haben.Insgesamt kann man das Auto aber auch gut stehen lassen, da sowohl die StrĂ€nde, das Meer als auch der Ort fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen sind. Der Weg zurĂŒck ist allerdings sehr steil. Die Vermieterin Eva nahm sich beim Check-In die Zeit und zeigte mir alle wichtigen Dinge in dem Appartement. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass Betriebsmittel wie Seife, Waschmittel oder SpĂŒlmittel vorhanden waren. Das ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Insgesamt trug die Ferienwohnung maßgeblich zu einem gelungenen Urlaub bei.

Super location. Bien située et bien équipée.

Eva parle français ce qui facilite les échanges. Nous a partagé adresses et lieu à visiter. Garage couvert facile d accÚs et stationnement possible sur la rue. Une vue extraordinaire à 180 degrés. Une belle adresse que je conseillerai . Merci

Formidable sĂ©jour dans l’appartement d’Eva

Nous avons passĂ© mon mari, notre bĂ©bĂ© de 3 mois et moi un excellent sĂ©jour . L’appartement offre une vue imprenable sur la mer. L’appartement est trĂšs propre, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e que ce soit en Ă©lectromĂ©nager , instrument de cuisine, il est dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t et l’ameublement est de trĂšs bonne qualitĂ© ça se voit . Si je pouvais mettre un petit bĂ©mol , il manque un porte serviette dans la salle de bain . C’est vraiment un lĂ©ger point nĂ©gatif rien de grave . Avoir une place dans un garage fermĂ© est vraiment un plus et un point super positif . Eva nous a trĂšs bien accueilli lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s . Ne pas avoir Ă  apporter ses serviettes de bain et ses draps c’est vraiment le top aussi . HonnĂȘtement je recommande Ă  100% cet appartement . Il est aussi Ă©crit pour 6 personnes je dirais plutĂŽt 2 couples avec 2 enfants car la derniĂšre chambre est petite et Ă  2 petits lits . En tout cas aller s’y les yeux fermĂ©s .

Wohnung mit allem Komfort und wunderbarer Aussicht

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Diese ist modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet, alle fĂŒr uns wichtigen GerĂ€te (SpĂŒlmaschine, Backofen, Klimaanlage, ...) waren, wie im Inserat angegeben vorhanden und in einem tadellosen Zustand. VerbrauchsgegenstĂ€nde wie SpĂŒlmittel, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier,... wurden uns ausreichend zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Die große Terasse ist mit einem großen, stabilen Tisch und bequemen StĂŒhlen sowie zwei Sonnenliegen ausgestattet. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung und Einrichtung einen hochwertigen Eindruck, ist allerdings etwas hellhörig, was uns jedoch nicht weiter gestört hat. Durch den Parkplatz in der Garage, war unser Auto stets kĂŒhl, um damit zu den zahlreichen lohnenswerten Zielen in der Gegend aufzubrechen. Im Haus liegen dazu VorschlĂ€ge und Informationsmaterial bereit. Mit dem Auto waren StrĂ€nde (ca. 5 min) und SupermĂ€rkte (ca. 10 min) innerhalb kĂŒrzester Zeit zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir fanden die Wohnung super und wĂŒrden sie ohne zu zögern wieder mieten.

Der Blick, ein Traum

Alles wie in der Beschreibung der Besitzerin. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir vielleicht wiederkommen werden. Einziger Wermutstropfen, die Couch fanden wir Ă€ußerst unkonfortabel. Aber wie gesagt, der traumhafte Blick bleibt unvergesslich.

Traumhaft: Tolle Unterkunft mit Meerblick

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Das Highlight ist definitiv der Ausblick, aber auch sonst bleiben keine WĂŒnsche offen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollstĂ€ndig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Strand und Ortskern ist fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar (ca. 10 bis 15 min.), ein Auto vor Ort nicht zwingend erforderlich. Aber: die Wohnung liegt am Hang, so dass der Fußweg bergab bzw. bergauf fĂŒhrt - nicht unbedingt jedermanns Sache. Im Ort und in StrandnĂ€he findet man -jedenfalls außerhalb der Saison- gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine Garage, die ebenfalls zur Nutzung zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Bei Anreise haben sie auf uns gewartet, da wir die Ankunftszeit nicht genau benennen konnten. Sie haben uns auch gute Tipps zu SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Von uns definitiv eine Empfehlung!
