Large sectional couch, multiple areas to dine inside and out, and large kitchen with cookware, flatware, and dinnerware. 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full) on the first floor. 2 bedrooms (Queen beds) upstairs with a mini fridge and 1 full bath for convenience. Can park at least 7 vehicles. There large spacious backyard includes an orange tree and palm berry tree easily viewed from the stone patio!

The place was spacious and very comfortably laid out for our stay. Great space for parking and great location to our needs.Our host was very informative and was available to teach at any time. We did not actually need her for anything because it was all readily available. Will definitely plan to stay if available for any other stays in Valdosta

Host was very helpful and had great communication and accommodating. We had 4 families with us and there was plenty of room for everyone comfortably. I believe the house is going through renovation due to no doors on the cabinets or lights in the living room. The baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs was great due to use having a toddler. The appliances looked brand new and eveything was VERY CLEAN! The back yard had a fire place that was nice to use, but needs some tender love and care but totally get its "off season".It was great to have the parking garage plus so many extra spots for people to park. We never had to move a car to get one out. I would definitely be back with my family.

The house is large with five large bedrooms, and the host is great at communication and accommodatingI believe this house is probably rented out usually to students, and that is the vibe the house has.I would recommend updated mattresses if possible, as I had to sleep on the couch because of my back hurting after the first nightAgain, clean communication was great and I loved the kitchen space I have to cook for Thanksgiving

We were in tiwn for a few days with family and had an amazing stay at this property.From booking to checking out, getting in contact was no issue. If we had a question, we knew we couldnask it and we would get an answer rather quickly.Everything we needed and more was provided (dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, shampoo, etc) and we could tell that they wanted their guests to not have to worry about anything while they were there.We were able to sleep easy at night, in a city we'd never been in before because they had a security system that we could arm and disarm as needed.The only thing thay caught us off guard when we got there was that there was a second story. Since we were traveling with grandparents we needed to bed assignments, but this was something that was 1. Most likely overlooked by us when reading the description 2. Easily remidied and fixed with no major issues.Overall the stay was fantastic and very relaxing. Next time we are coming to Valdosta, can guarantee that we will be checking to see if this property is available to rent again.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is well established and had many mature trees, so obviously there several people walking to and from their destinations shaded by the canopies. I noted it only took five to ten minutes to get anywhere (the University, the hospital, the big box stores and downtown) and I was sold on neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

The home has not only has the space, it also has an atmosphere. We love experimenting with art, so we hope guest will enjoy the pieces and artistic choices we made to add to this "burrow's" charm. We have fruits in the back and plenty of parking.
