The owner over booked the apartment with no concern for us and the inconvenience it caused. Vrbo was so helpful in making sure we were taken care of during this difficult situation. Vrbo received 5 stars the owner of this property 0

Upon arrival to check into the Vurbo we found the cleanliness subpar, showers were visibly not cleaned both had brown stains covering the whole shower floor & shower curtain was also stained and looked like it’s never been cleaned ; Along with the toilet seats and counter tops . The living room couches had white spots all over them & other stains we weren’t comfortable even sitting on them. There was a clear odor of previous cigarette use in the space. The entrance to the complex also was not securely locked by passcode, as the host had suggested it would be. Being a group of all girls We did not feel comfortable or safe staying ; given the circumstances we left the property 20 minutes after arrival. With all of that there was no communication from the host when we expressed our concerns and no help from the Vurbo company on getting any refund or resolving the issue. Even after sharing photo proof. DO NOT book this apartment.
