-Each unit has full sized washer-dryer, ample and functional closets & fully equipped kitchen - set up perfectly for your short-term stay

-Renovated w/ new bath and kitchen.

- Master bedroom has a king bed with room to fit a crib

There are 2 closets, a dresser, and a large desk making this a suitable area for work. This room faces south and gets excellent natural light.

-Second bedroom w/ brick wall** THIS ROOM NO LONGER HAS A QUEEN BED --- there are now two twins beds (a twin bed w/ trundle) and room to add a crib.



The Neighborhood:

Central location in brownstone neighborhood - on the border of Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill - just blocks from Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn Heights, Gowanus and Downtown Brooklyn giving access to 9 subway lines and Brooklyn's best restaurants, grocers and boutiques at your doorstep.



Also not too far from Dumbo, Fort Green, and Red Hook.



Near Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bridge, Prospect Park, BAM, Brooklyn Museum and the newly developed Brooklyn waterfront.



Getting Around:

- 1 block to the F / G Bergen St. Station (just 3 stops to Manhattan on the F, or to Williamsburg on the G)

- 5 minute walk to the A / C Hoyt Schermerhorn Station, (w/ express service into Manhattan)

- 7 minute walk to the 2 / 3 Hoyt St. Station, (w/ express service into Manhattan)

- 10 minute walk to 4 / 5 at Borough Hall (or Nevins) Station (w/ express service to Manhattan)

- 10 minute walk to the R Jay St-Metrotech Station

I usually live in the building as well and am here to help in any way possible during your stay. Upon booking I will send your our Rental Guide w/ information on the house and the area (groceries, restaurants, etc).



This is mostly a monthly bookings w/ full months booked at a time (i.e. May 1-31 or March 1-April 30th)

Please EMAIL me w/ your dates before clicking the REQUEST TO BOOK button. Although calendar may show it as available we do not take all bookings as we generally only book full months at a time from the 1st - 30th or 31st of the month, and book in consecutive months (i.e. we won't book May till we booked April). Generally rates for monthly bookings are 8000-9000 / month depending on the season and length of stay.



This unit will be delivered to you spotlessly clean with empty closets and plenty of room to keep your personal items.



Baby crib and highchair are available with advance request. Please let us know when you book so we can have it ready for you.



There is space in building entrance hall for you to store your folded baby stroller.



Attentive hosts lives in the building and is there to help in anyway possible during your stay.



Interaction with Guests:

On occasion we may ask for access to the unit to show to future guests or for repair. We ask that you accommodate such requests with adequate notice.
