Just steps from Ardmore Coffee and Cafe Arthur's, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath gem offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and convenience. You'll be located close to Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center (1 mile), Hanes Mall (1.5 miles), Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (2 miles), Downtown Winston-Salem (3.5 miles), and Wake Forest University (5 miles).

This recently-renovated 1630 sq. ft. home boasts two bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) and 2 full bathrooms, an updated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar, a living room, and a laundry room. Guests are welcome to park at the bottom of the driveway.

The basement of this house is a second short-term rental property with its own separate entrance (also available for rent!).

Guests are welcome to use the grill, BBQ pit, and outdoor space as they like.
