You'll be located close to Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center (1 mile), Hanes Mall (1.5 miles), Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (2 miles), Downtown Winston-Salem (3.5 miles), and Wake Forest University (5 miles).
This recently-renovated 1630 sq. ft. home boasts two bedrooms (1 king and 1 queen bed) and 2 full bathrooms, an updated kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and a coffee bar, a living room, and a laundry room. Guests are welcome to park at the bottom of the driveway.
The basement of this house is a second short-term rental property with its own separate entrance (also available for rent!).
