Beachfront Year-round Property - Newly Renovated

This Cosey Beach rental property is located right on the water, and situated on a private sandy beach. PLEASE NOTE: many listings are deceptive, since they show water views and you later find out that the property is located across the street with "beach access". This property is THE REAL DEAL. You and your kids can go swimming directly in my back yard :-) The 4th of July city fireworks (usually the Saturday before July 4th for East Haven) are launched about 100 ft east out over the water. Surrounded by million dollar houses, and with a salt water estuary preventing any construction across the street, this rental truly enjoys a premier location!

The three separate bedrooms can accommodate up to 3 couples or a family of 6 with equal numbers of boys/girls. Both bathrooms have a shower to speed up your morning routine. The water heater is new and functions efficiently. There is central (natural gas) heat, to quickly alleviate any chilly nighttime temperature drops. We now have AC!

Fish (recommend high-tide) directly off the backyard beach or adjacent rock jetty for striped bass, bluefish, blackfish, or flounder. Catch blue crabs (my favorite) in the salt water estuary across the street!

Any attraction in New Haven less than 15 minutes away: Wooster St (Pepe's Pizza), Yale/Peabody Museum, Train Station, Nightclub scene (Club Vandome, Café NIne, Toad's Place).
