To provide the best value and keep nightly rates lower, this home is prepared based on group size:

1–6 guests: Access includes the main floor and third floor (approximately 3,000 sq ft), featuring 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, and living spaces and giant screened in porch.

• 7+ guests: The 1,000sf private basement apartment (additional living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom) is opened to accommodate larger groups. Total living space for groups 7+ is 4,000sf.

This setup allows smaller groups to enjoy a spacious home at a reduced rate while ensuring larger groups have full access when needed.

You will have exclusive occupancy of the house, with no other guests or groups present.
