Brand-New Beachfront Luxury~Ditleff Beach House

Thank you so much, Greg. ‘Heaven on Earth’ means so much to us. It was truly special having you all celebrate your 50th birthdays together—friends for life moments like that are what make these stays so meaningful. We love that you experienced our Ditleff Beach House and Villa Cin Cin, and we would absolutely love to welcome you all back again with your family and friends!

Ted, we loved reading your review—thank you for sharing your experience with us! We really enjoyed getting to know you and your whole family, and I loved chatting with your children during the planning stages. We’re so happy you enjoyed our villa, the layout, and being right on the beach. For us, it’s always about the experience—whether we’re hosting couples or families, and especially multi-generational families like yours. We’re so excited to welcome your wonderful family back next year and look forward to hosting you again!

Cynthia, thank you—this truly means so much, especially knowing your family’s long history with St. John! We absolutely loved hearing your memories. It made us so happy to hear the kids had such a great time. So glad the house and beach worked so well for your beautiful family—we’d love to have you back anytime!

Thank you, Jeffrey, for the wonderful 5-star review! As regular visitors to St. John who have experienced many of the island’s top villas, it truly means so much to hear that Ditleff Beach House was your favorite. We’re so happy you enjoyed the spacious layout, snorkeling off the beach, and the amazing marine life around Ditleff — especially the turtles! A vehicle is definitely the best way to explore St. John, though we’re always happy to help arrange a private taxi driver if preferred. Thank you again for choosing Ditleff Beach House. We are looking forward to hosting you all again for your next trip to St. John!

Clifford, thank you so much for such a wonderful review! Your kind words truly mean so much to us. We put a lot of love and thought into the house, and it makes us so happy to know that you and your family enjoyed it so much. I also really loved getting to know you and your family. Making sure our guests are well taken care of and have everything they need while they’re in St. John is so important to us, so hearing that you felt that way means a lot. We absolutely loved having you, and I’m so excited that you’ll be coming back soon! We can’t wait to welcome you all back.

Alan, thank you so much for taking the time to share this wonderful review. It truly means a lot to us to hear how much you enjoyed our vacation home — from the layout and outdoor living spaces to the privacy and those few steps to the beach (still our favorite part, too!). We also love hearing that you — and many of our past guests — enjoyed renting your very own boat anchored right in our bay. It really is such a convenient and special way to explore St. John. We’re especially grateful for your kind words about our local manager and staff. They take great pride in caring for the property and our guests, and your recognition will mean a great deal to them. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we would love to welcome you back to Ditleff Beach House again!
