  • Excellent, relaxing, beautiful...

"This is such a wonderful place to stay. The views are breath taking, the pool is awesome to cool off, plenty of sitting areas in / outside. Simple walk to the private beach with very few people there almost have the whole beach to yourself. The bedrooms all have air conditioning which makes for easy sleeping. They also have a bathroom in every bedroom. The views from the master are amazing well from almost anywhere. It also has a small fridge in the laundry room and one outside by the bar so plenty of fridge space. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, utensils etc and the appliances are all nice (wolf / subzero). Great location between Trunk and Cinnamon Bay. Tommy the caretaker is wonderful and very responsive. The only issue was it went by way too fast."

  • Villa Serendipity was perfect!!!

"We have been going to St. John nearly every year for the past 20 years. Although we loved every villa we stayed at, we've always wanted to try a different one always looking for a better location and one to fit our growning family. Villa Serendipity was perfect in every way. Lots of privacy with each bedroom having its own full bath. Kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed, outdoor bar and pool area had the afternoon sun which we had lacked at other villas. Location to town was ideal, just a 5 minute drive. View was incrediable with a lovely sunset. Villa Serendipity was ideal for myself, husband, adult children and 20 month old grandson! Looking forward to go back again!"

  • Christmas in Paradise!

"This was my families third ( and not last) time staying at Palm Terrace. Can't beat the location. Minutes from town but, quiet at night and beautiful views of Pillsbury Sound. Rainbows over St. Thomas everyday! The condo is well equipped and spacious. I can't wait to return!"

  • Great Anniversary Vacation on St John

"We just returned from a fabulous 9 day stay on St John. We've been there twice before and had different accommodations each time. Although they all had great features Larimar had the best combination not the least of which was it's proximity to Cruz Bay. The other condos we stayed at you had to drive to town, which is tricking after visiting some of the wonderful bars and restaurants. From Larimar It was an easy walk to town as it was all down hill. The walk back is a little more difficult as you have to climb a moderate hill. Actually it was great exercise! The condo itself was very nice although slightly over kill for just 2 people. The entire unit was very clean and comfortable, especially the master bed. There were plenty of bath towels (I preferred to air dry) and beach towels (again I air dried) along with great beach chairs. Having coolers was also a huge benefit for the beach. The only minor fault I could find was that the kitchen was small and the refrigerator looked like it should be replaced, although it worked fine. The other thing is that it only had a small George Forman grill on the deck, not the gas grill shown in the pictures. We don't like air conditioners so that wasn't an issue, the ceiling and floor fans kept us cool enough and kept the tiny bugs away. Don't plan on sleeping in as the roosters, peacock and morning doves start making a major racket beginning around 4:30am every morning, actually we experienced those natural noises at the other condos too. It's just part of the experience. Oh yeah, then there was the two construction projects going on at either end of the street that began at 6:45am everyday... can't blame the owners for any of that. When all is said and done, I would highly recommend this place and will definitely considerate for our next visit. Oh yes, Steve was a great guy and a big help and always available if needed. Oh before I forget, someone said it's an easy walk to Solomon/Honeymoon Beach, NOT SO! If you start at the beginning of the trail it's a 30 minute walk and another 15 minutes from the condo. I'm in very good shape but to me the hike isn't worth it. Go to Trunk Bay or Cinnamon Bay those are by far the best beaches. Ok now I'm done."
