  • Beautiful condo walk into Cruz Bay

"Beautiful property with all the amenities. Unit is beautifully furnished with big thick towels and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great view of Cruz Bay harbor. We took great sunset pictures off the balcony. Designated covered parking space comes with unit. Quick 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants."

  • Fantastic Stay

"We had a group of 8 (7 adults and a 12 year old). The house was just as described and was very clean. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us. The deck is large and the view is amazing. The kitchen was equipped with the all the necessities. The water comes from a cistern so you cannot use it for drinking or making coffee. Stock up on gallons of bottled water. Teeth brushing with it is fine. The water wasn't a big deal at all. Dawn was very responsive from when we first booked until when we left. She was friendly, informative and quick to respond. Like most houses on the island, there is only air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. There are plenty of screen sliding doors for a good cross breeze. The loft rooms have windows, ceiling fans and extra floor fans to keep cool. The loft would not be ideal for smaller children. The stairs are steep and you have to use caution. Once up in the lofts, they are very roomy. We ended up moving our son into the master bedroom with us. We just took a twin mattress from the loft and put it on the bedroom floor. If you have younger ones, you can probably fit 2 twins on the floor of each master. There are two full baths but they are in each of the master bedrooms, so anyone not in a master must come through to use them. None of this was a big deal but just wanted to make note of it. If you go to the beach there are tons of items available at the house for you: beach chairs, coolers, some snorkeling gear, sand buckets, toys and beach towels. The house really had everything we needed. The internet worked pretty well. If it was cloudy or the wind was blowing a little hard, you could have a hard time getting service for a little bit. Nothing to do with the service at the house...just how it goes on the island in general. Everything was very nice and we made a lot of great memories. We were with someone who used to live on the island so we did a lot of traveling around the island, but Dawn will give you tons of ideas if you have never been there before. There are many amazing beaches. The only caution are the roads. They drive on the left and the roads are very narrow, go up, down and around. Many driveways and some roads are pretty steep at times so get a vehicle with 4 wheel drive if possible. The driveway at this house is also steep, but we ended up parking towards the top since we had a mini van. No way it would make it up and down. We just improvised, but you do a lot of that with island living."

  • Feels Like Home in Paradise

"We visited for a week with family in late March/ early May, and to say it was spectacular is understating it. If you want an exotic location without feeling like a tourist this is it. Simply Paradise is a lovely, comfortable home with a postcard view of Chocolate Hole Bay. We very comfortably had 6 adults and two little kids share the 2 upstairs bedrooms and the fully accommodating suite below. The kitchen, spacious living room, sun room and dining area are perfect for a vacation stay. Every morning I was able to brew a fresh pot of coffee, take a cup to the deck and just sit back in a chair with my feet up chilling to the sunrise and the many birds who live in the jacaranda trees by the railing. Cruz Bay has fun restaurants, bars, and fantastic shopping within a 10 minute cab ride from the house and easy walking all around the quaint town, and the beaches of St.John and the nearby BVI are unbelievable ! St. John has a super cool vibe with everything you could want for a relaxing vacation, and Simply Paradise is a place that makes you feel at home in the best vacation spot on the planet ! Finest vacation we've ever had and very much hope to come again!"

  • Fantastic!!!!

"This villa is stunning, accessible, affordable, and a perfect opportunity to have a home base while staying on saint john. There is a grocery store that suited all of our needs located literally one minute from the villa that has alcohol, produce, meat, and a lot of other provisions. The villa is exactly as advertised and even better than the pics show. Angelo, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive all the way up to our arrival. His assistant, Kay, met us right at the ferry dock, walked us to our jeep rental (which by the way was Delbert Hill car rental provided through Angelo and was fantastic also). Kay was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and so welcoming. The villa met all of our needs, had a reasonably stocked kitchen and a barbeque grill. Just an overall awesome villa and experience."
