Fruitland Cottage is a relaxing retreat. Morning coffee on the patio was especially nice among the fruit trees. The atmosphere in the cottage is very well thought out and along with the sweet thoughtful amenities from the host made our stay very enjoyable.

Thw places was perfect for our stay. It was right in thw middle of our families so it made it easy to travel to all. The place itself was beautiful. It had everything we needed and things we realized we didnt have. Thank you so much for everything!!!

Bri and Kev have thought of just about everything when they created Fruitland Cottage. The little extra touches goes over and beyond...our favorites were the farm fresh eggs and blueberry muffins available to make ourselves. We would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and easily accessible just off the road through town. The host was accessible and around outside fairly regularly because this place is just behind their home. The host is a very nice mother of several growing kids and was ready to help as needed.

We loved this place! It was really clean and charmingly decorated! Anything I could think of - tea and a tea pot, nice coffee, fan, fully stocked kitchen, snacks, comfortable bed, sitting area outside - was already provided. There was a minor repair that arose and the hosts were attentive. I might drive out of the way to stay here again!

Great cottage! Super clean and quiet. Brie and Ian are great hosts and want to be sure everything on your stay goes well. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They even left us muffin mix and fresh eggs. Well stocked kitchen for cooking too. Was a great base for exploring cultural sites in the area.

Everything about the place was absolutely listed accurately. They went so far as to offer us (during the check in process) a very well stocked kitchen , fridge, fresh eggs, sample coffee. I would highly recommend this place to anybody whobwanted to explore the fruitland, farmington area. Thank you guys.

I was delighted, upon entering, at all the lovely additional touches I found--from a variety of cozy pullow and throws, warming candles, exotic teas and coffees, snacks and chocolates, muffins and popcorn, and all the way to farm-fresh eggs! I happen to have run into the host and hostess at different times duribg my stay, and appreciated their dining, hiking and sight-seeing suggestions. Most especially, Kevin and Brie are genuinely friendly, caring (especially to this single, female traveler) and very much the perfect hosts.
