Coastal Island Home with Pool & Game Room
Take a trip off the beaten path to discover the Lost Shaker of Salt! The game room and outdoor pool is just the thing that families are looking for fun ways to spend the day wasting away. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom paradise comes equipped with everything except the cheeseburgers, which you can cook on our conveniently provided charcoal grill and take in the stars as you sit around the outdoor firepit!
● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
● Location: Fish Village beach community on the east end of Galveston Island, Texas
● Beach access: A quick 3 minute car ride to Stewart Beach!
● Private pool: This home features an in-ground pool ranging from 3ft to 6ft deep.
● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 14 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, 3 in the driveway and 1 on the street in front of the home.
Lost Shaker of salt has a fully fenced back yard perfect for your furry friends and privacy while swimming in the beautiful inground pool with the family. The backyard also features a nice seating area, a charcoal grill and a firepit that everyone is sure to enjoy!
Walking into the home, the living room is spacious and decorated with beautiful modern accents that are going to have you feeling right at home along with a wet bar area. Off of the living room you will find the gameroom with plenty of fun for the whole family with 2 full over full bunk beds for the kiddos. There’s a fully stocked kitchen with lots of cabinet and counter space.
Down the hall you will find one bathroom with a stand up shower, and a clean white vanity with great lighting. There are 2 more bedrooms with 1 king bed in each and another bathroom with a tub/shower combo with gorgeous marble tile.
Off of the living room you will also find a bed room with a jumbo bean bag, flat screen TV, 1 queen size bed, and 1 full over full bunk bed along with access straight out to the pool and backyard.
This home is the perfect place for a relaxing get away to the Texas coast!
● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We love hosting church groups, family reunions, etc., but do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
