Primary Bedroom has king size bed with en-suite bath with jacuzzi tub, double sink, walk-in shower with adjacent walk-in closet and toilet room. 2nd bedroom has twin beds with optional conversion to king bed & en-suite bathroom. 3rd bedroom (attached casita) is a suite with king bed, en-suite bath with shower, queen hid-a-bed , wet bar, gas fireplace& small screen TV. The living area has a sitting/reading area, formal dining area, family room with sectional couch & big screen TV, & gas fireplace. The adjoining fully furnished kitchen has granite counter tops, 4 burner gas stove, oven & refrigerator & walk-in pantry. The sink and dishwasher are in the center island. The powder room & fully equipped laundry room are off the kitchen. There is a 2 car garage. The back yard looks out the the golf course & distant ocean view. A built-in fire pit in the back flagstone patio will warm you on cool evenings. There is a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining on the patio.
