THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Welcome to The Fairways, your private Golf resort escape in the heart of the beautiful Central Coast of California. Situated on the 9th hole in one of the 3 9-hole courses in the Blacklake Golf community, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, single story condo is conveniently located between Santa Ynez and Edna Valley wine countries, is 15 minutes to Pismo Beach, 10 minutes to the quaint village of Arroyo Grande and 20 minutes to San Luis Obispo and Avila Beach. With perfect temperatures and a mild climate year round, the area is the reason people come to the Central Coast of California. Itâs perfect for Snowbirds getting out of the cold, or dessert dwellers trying to cool down. Play on any of the 3 9-hole courses within Blacklake or head to one of the other nearby courses, including Cypress Ridge. All guests get member rates on all the courses at Blacklake!
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
This condo is a single story with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master en suite bedroom features a California king bed and a ceiling fan. The en suite bath has a deep soaker tub/shower combination a single vanity. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, a vaulted ceiling and 32â TV equipped with Spectrum cable and Netflix. Bathroom 2 has a stand-up shower and single vanity. This bathroom serves as the guest bath for all to use. Bathroom amenities and quality luxe linens are all provided.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
The condo itself is spacious and charming. Enter the front door to the entry area and head straight into the great room area. The living room has ample seating for 3 on the plush sofa, along with two lounge chairs flanking the gas fireplace. Sit and enjoy the cool evenings while watching your shows on the 42â TV complete with Spectrum cable and Netflix. Thereâs also a DVD player to enjoy some movie favorites.
The freshly painted white cabinets and white appliances give the kitchen a bright and airy look. Cook up some favs on the 4-burner gas stove. There is ample space to eat at the peninsula sitting at the 3 barstools or enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area with a table for 4.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
Still perfect weather outside? Take your group outdoors: Just off the dining area through sliding glass doors, the patio has a lounge area with seating for 4 and a coffee tableâŠperfect for appetizers and a refreshing cocktail. Or BBQ some yummy steaks while watching the golfer scooting about on their carts. You canât miss the gorgeous views of the 9th hole fairway from here! Or take in the refreshing fragrance of giant eucalyptus trees.
Out front of the condo is a shaded with a bistro table for 2 nestled in the gardens of roses, agapanthus and hydrangea. Itâs the perfect spot for your morning coffee or early evening cocktail.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. The kitchen is stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices.
PROVISIONS
The closest grocery store is Vons, exit off Tefft St. There is a Vons on Grand Ave in Pismo Beach as well. Some local favorites are Mesa View Market & JJâs Market and Deli on Mesa View Drive.
RESTAURANTS
There are several restaurants in the nearby vicinity including Willow American restaurant, bar, deli and market, Adelinaâs Bistro, Cowgirl CafĂ©, Las Cazuelas.
ACTIVITIES
Golf, wine, beer, and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, spas, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content.
