This 4 BR home is located on the 2nd hole of the Coffee Mill Golf Course. The home features panoramic view with a large walk around deck with screened and open porch.

The main level has a sunny master suite with a king bed and a 3/4 bath. The main floor has a large living room with a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has island seating for 4 and the dining room table will seat 10. Off the kitchen is a den with a built in office desk, a small gas stove, TV and sectional. Through French doors from the den, there is a three season porch where you can sit and enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Off this porch you can move to large wrap around deck with a gas grill and a large screened area with seating for 6. This overlooks the large backyard, Mississippi Valley bluffs and the golf course.

The lower level has 3 large bedrooms with queen size beds. There is a full bath in the lower level. There is also a queen sofabed in the lower level family room, a double futon, a twin bed and a single futon.

On the main level, there's a full size laundry room with a washer and dryer.

There is security camera located outside the home showing the driveway and access.

Note about Rates: Please be aware that the nightly rate is a rate for 4 adults. Additional guests are charged at a rate of $25/per person per night. The maximum number of guests allowed is 12. No events or large gatherings allowed without prior consent. If you plan to have a large number of visitors during your stay, please let us know.
