Niagara Falls Getaway•Walk to Falls•Family 3BR

Stay in a private 3-bedroom Rear House on a shared lot, about a 15–20 minute walk or roughly 5-minute drive from Niagara Falls State Park, the Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and Seneca Niagara Casino.

The home sleeps six with one king and two queen beds. It includes a full kitchen, central air, Wi-Fi, smart TV, electric fireplace, and a porch overlooking the shared yard. One pet is welcome with a $100 per-stay pet fee.

All three bedrooms and the only bathroom are upstairs and accessible only by stairs. The Rear House has its own entrance, private indoor living areas, and private off-street parking. A separate Front House shares the lot and backyard. No guest laundry is available.

The private driveway is accessed from the unnamed rear lane behind the property. The house faces the lane and is marked “445 1/2.” Detailed arrival instructions and the smart-lock code are provided before check-in.
