About this property

Sweetheart Ranch : Pet-Friendly Historic Farmhouse with Mountain Views

Historic ranch house appointed as a spacious 1b/1ba with a clawfoot tub, large kitchen, dining room, and futon couch for extra space. The house sits on 20 acres with Goose Creek running through it. There is a smaller fenced yard around home as well. Enjoy amazing mountain views from every angle. Prime snow shoeing right out your back door!
Located in the quiet community of New Meadows - 15 minutes from McCall, 15 minutes from Brundage Ski Resort, 15 minutes from Zims Hot Springs.

Please note the upstairs has been locked off. Also, there is a traditional fireplace that is no longer functioning. We do also have an electric fireplace that is highly functioning and will keep you very toasty.

Guests will have access to the entire lower floor of the house. The upstairs is locked and not accessible.


Home is currently set up as downstairs only, with upstairs locked off. However, please note this home can be rented as the downstairs only ($150/night) or the full house including the two bedrooms upstairs ($250/night). Full house access has been set up to accommodate large groups of people if needed (up to 16 guests total in house). Kindly inquire if this is of interest to you - thanks!

The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The house is charming, and the location is convenient. Lots of space around but also located between hot springs and skiing.
