Step onto your private covered terrace at Sunrise Tamarindo Penthouse 40 with breathtaking views above the pool, beach and ocean and comfortable seating to soak in the warm tropical breezes. This premier Sunrise condo has 1200 square feet of comfortably furnished space, vaulted ceilings, 3 new flat screen TV`s, new linens, and sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The primary bedroom features a King size bed, a flat-screen TV, private bath, and terrace access. The second bedroom offers a double bed, TV, and access to a bathroom with shower that can be locked off for privacy if desired.

Prepare your meals in the bright kitchen, fully equipped with granite countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and enjoy entertainment on the televisions in the living room and both bedrooms. With central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room, your comfort is ensured throughout your stay.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
