THE PROPERTY
The two-level top floor penthouse offers everything you could ask for in a vacation home, from a pribate rooftop outdoor terrace, working space with desk, three fascinating spacious living rooms and social areas, to comfortable charming bedrooms - on the 7ht floor of a building conveniently located in the heart of the City Center, steps to Winston Churchill Avenue and close to Acropolis Center, Blue Mall, Plaza Central and Plaza Lama.

Three of four bedrooms, a balcony, the master living room, the master dining room, a breakfast bar, the full equipped kitchen and the laundry area are located on the first floor of the penthouse. A fourth bedroom, two other living rooms, a second dining area and working space and the rooftop outdoor terrance are located on the second floor.

Bedrooms are equipped with smart TV and smartset alarm clock radio with bluetooth speaker, drawer dresser, full body mirrors, nightstands with bedside lamps, armchairs, premium bedding, memory foam mattress, curtains and drapes, in-room safe, iron/iron boards and solid wood hangers.
