Hello, we offer a beautiful family duplex Villa ( villa Ivan - villa Lucia) by the sea in Croatia (Istra) - the town of Umag, Špina.
VILLA IVAN is fully furnished and is designed for 4 + 1 people. Has 3 bedrooms (with a 1 double bed on groundfloor , 1 room on ground floor and 1 on first floor) kitchen + living room, 2 bathrooms, balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and surroundings, lower terrace with grill, garden + outside shower with toilet,the garden is COMMON with Villa Lucia. In front of house is new bike /walk road
The Villa is located in a quietsurroundings of Umag . There is an entrance to the rocky beach, near is the romantic church and the beach restaurant. 5 min far away is small market and good restaurant. Within 3 minutes. by car, you are in Umag.

Idealer Erholungsort

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr Wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist schön eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter (Robert) war vorbildlich, er hat seit der Buchung innerhalb von 20 min. immer geantwortet. Ruhige Lage, direkt am Strand und Radweg. Von hier kann man direkt nach UMAG Zentrum mit dem Rad fahren. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal für die liebevolle Betreuung und Gastfreundschaft. Lieben Gruß von der ganzen Familie
