Relax with the whole family at this peaceful newly built community in south Naples near downtown. 2 bedrooms plus den with queen pull out sofabed and 2 bathrooms. Lovely patio with tv. Golf cart takes you around the community where there is a large heated pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, gym, sauna, restaurant on the water, dog park, free paddle board/canoes and boat rides to conservatory. Tesla charger. Annual rental available for lower cost. Jan-april 2mon min preferred
